Stopped to get 2 coffee and 1 croissant. The waitress first served my black coffee without pushing the lid correctly on. When I grabbed the cup, it spilled burning hot coffee on my hand. The waitress did not apologize nor did seem to care. I had to ask for napkins. About ten minutes later I got the croissant. After 20 minutes, I inquired about the latte, she said they were working on it. After 25 minutes I left without ever getting my full order!So disappointing!

Would be great when ordering through Uber for a Frappuccino and actually include a straw. Working alot so I don't have the time to go buy packs of straws when one is supposedly given to you with your drink.

Update:03-05-2024 Tuesday eveningThe guy working here tonight was so nice & profesional & made our drinks CORRECTLY & they tasted delicious 😋 THANK YOU for that! The area appeared clean & super organized. Great experience.12-24-2023Super friendly employees & very clean store. Impressive!! Delicious drinks. It was especially nice that none of the employees were complaining about having to work on Christmas Eve. Instead they had Christmas music playing & were super super nice!

I never know what to order due to the fact the ingredients in a drink seem to change depending upon who's working. That's very confusing. I went in two weeks ago for an iced coffee for my daughter and me. Was asked if I wanted cream and said yes. We both loved our drink saying it's the best we've had there. Went in about a week ago for the same drink and said I wanted cream. She looked confused, saying it came with it. Wonderful tho slightly confused. Got the drink and it tasted nowhere near the same nor was it the same color as last time. Now Idk which is right or what I should say to get the original drink again. Confused and disappointed.However, I will go and try again.

I LOVE this Starbucks!!! The staff are the sweetest, and kindest people in the world! The drinks are perfect, and if it's wrong they make it right with the perfect new drink! Definitely recommend coming here, they are THE BEST!!

I love this Starbucks. It usually takes a little longer to get your drink (because it’s in a target so they tops have 2 people working there) but it’s always well worth the short wait. I’ve been here many times and never had a bad experience. The baristas are always so nice and make my drinks perfectly and with care. What prompted me to finally write a review was Ash making me the best caramel macchiato I’ve ever had.

I am on a big road trip right now with my dog in tow. Dogs aren’t usually allowed in places that serve food and this Starbucks location doesn’t have a drive though, but the folks at this Starbucks were so kind and were able to serve me even though I couldn’t bring my dog inside. Thank you so much for your help!

Everyone’s always been very nice. However, the parking lot is small... it should still be ran more efficiently. The last time I was there it looked like they were attempting the “chick fil a” method. Hope it works. Because I hate Dunkin coffee.

Usually I have no problems with this Starbucks. However today I got a trenta dragon drink with no ice. For years I have always gotten my iced drinks at Starbucks with no ice so that my drink will not get watered down at work. I have always ordered it and have never been charged differently than the regular price, however today when I was going to throw away my receipt I noticed there were 3 upcharges of .80 cents. When I asked about it the black woman (I am only listing race for descriptive measures bc I did not see her name tag) who made my drink said that it was bc I got no ice so that's extra charges for to the drink to fill the cup. My drink was not even full and also was not fully mixed. If you are going to upcharge someone almost $3 let them know when you're ringing them up. It's one thing if I am informed of an upcharge and order it anyways but another just to add it and explain only when asked. Not to mention she had an attitude. If this is Starbucks protocol, that is completely fine but just inform the customer. I've worked customer service and worked at a coffee shop before, you always let a customer know. It just was not a good experience, and her attitude was unwarranted. I didn't even act rude in any way and even said thank you for letting me know, but I wish you informed me when I was ringing up I might have done a smaller size or something.

Love these guys! They're always super quick and really sweet.Exactly what I need before work! A quick pick-me-up! Go here a LOT especially when it’s too cold to sit outside. It’s nice to be in a Starbucks that is not crowded not loud has nice jazz playing and excellent barista‘s oh and by the way you can actually park here the parking at the regular Starbucks down the street is atrocious not their fault but it is atrocious

The coffee is good and the service is fast. Unfortunately, the price is way too much for what you get. Had there been an alternative coffee shop close by I would have went there and probably paid half the price for coffee just as good.
