The amount of times I am severely late for work after leaving with plenty of time and also placing a mobile order far prior to arriving because this Starbucks has employees that absolutely do not care nor have a great attitude and take 30 minutes to make a drink. You expect paying $7 for a coffee, you’d get better service. So irritating.

Drove of my way over 15 minutes because Starbucks website said this location open till 9. This information is wrong. Light was on people there but no one responded to drive through. Same at 20th St. Poor.

They Fire People That Have Not Done Anything Wrong Got Hired To Get Fired In A Short Period Of Time Went Through Multiple Managers Cause The Original One Went M.I.A. Got Told A Lie About Being Overstaffed Just To Be Gotten Rid Of For No Reason Can't Have No Second Employment Working Here Cause You Get Fired For It You Can Have So Much Experience And They Will Still Fire You Over Having A Second Job And Scheduling I've Never Had This Issue Ever I Have A Whole 6 Month Old Baby To Provide For And I Just Get Dumped And Thrown To The Side Over No Apparent Reason It's Sad This Location Does Not Care For Their Employees At All You All Still Be Hiring After Firing Someone Over A Lie Of Being Over Staffed Extremely Disappointed I Hate This Location Now

My favorite location! They’re always friendly and on top of it! I came last week and the line was wrapped around the building in the drive through. I decided to go inside … I ordered and waited for my order. The manager came around to everyone apologizing for the delay, she stated there was a large order they had to get together and she gave everyone inside a $4.00 Starbucks card. That wasn’t what impressed me , what impressed me is that once everything died down and it did quickly, she told her team “great job team” . That definitely impressed me as a former employee that would have made a world of difference in my day if I was having a rough day or things got out of hand at work. The staff is always friendly too! This is a great location to visit!!

Dynasty was wonderful! She had a hard time hearing me because I'm loosing my voice. She went the extra mile and had a very positive, pleasant, and even encouraging demeanor. Attendants like this is what keeps companies with repeat customers. Great job Starbucks Irondale 😉

Does this store just randomly close on Sundays now? Just went there and literally no one there during business hours. No sign up saying they were closed and no cones in the drive thru so just a line of people sitting in the drive thru and no workers. Oh and by the way the “Contact Us” page does nothing so Starbucks please do not respond back with suggesting I share my feedback there. Please give an actual answer and not a robotic response

Staff was awesome! Very polite ansdd attentive. I wantwdes to order a Mango Black tea lemonade. She tried to work wirh me on other favors. Decided on the Mango Dragonfly Lemonade. Great selection.😀

Super sweet staff, drive through is a bit small but they can't help that. They don't mind fixing any orders that they've gotten wrong and that's if it's wrong. Always clean and you get greeted no matter if your picking up, ordering, or in the drive through.Vegetarian options: They offer vegan and vegetarian drinks.Parking: Majority parking is available in the lot next to the tmobile.

Not open at 6:10am when google says you open at 530? Either get your Google info together or have your employees show up on time. From everything else I hear about this Starbucks, it’s one of the worst in B’ham. I guess it’s just mis-managed.

Terrible! Ordered a Venti Vanilla Bean Creme Frappuccino double blended with raspberry pumps and strawberry purée not blended in but layered. The frappe was terrible. The ice wasn’t blended well and they still blended the strawberry purée in instead of just layering it.

This could quite possibly be the slowest Starbucks in the world… which is saying something if you have ever experienced the wait at most airport Starbucks.After waiting for quite some time I finally received the wrong drink. I always order the same drink, and always order it iced nonfat. They prepared it hot. When I explained I ordered it iced, I was told “that is not what the label says, obviously you forgot.”. Yikes 😬

This Starbucks location is the absolute slowest location I have ever been to. I've waited in the drive through for 35-50 minutes most times. Ordering ahead isn't much better either and still takes 30 minutes to get a drink. Not sure what the hold up is buy the employees don't seem to be in any rush.

Sign on store window and google says store opens at 5:30. Door locked when I arrived. Employee says they open at 10??? I watched 5 other cars pull in and leave while I was here.

I wasn’t gonna make this review but I wanted to make someone aware. When you are serving a customer, please don’t be in the window going off about previous customer. I was trying to mind my business but this girl was so loud. She called the customer illiterate, said she didn’t know how to tell what cup size were and she also said no customer is going to get rude with her because I quote I will just charge you an extra 50 cents. I was appealed. I can just imagine what they do with upset customers. I understand vetting but do it where you are not bluntly in front of another customer in the drive thru. This happened today. I hope the girl has a better day but it has me scared to even come back. Just imagine my face while I was sitting there waiting on my drinks. It was very awkward.

Tried to get coffee from them at 9:30 on a Saturday and they were closed?I drove by at 8:50 and they were crazy busy so I stopped into Walmart to grab some things hoping the line would die down. Nope, they were closed when I swung by again at 9:30.

Love this Starbucks..part of my daily routine. Awesome team of staff and great environment to be around. The friendly staff is number one reason why we come here ...and yes we love the Venti White Mochas 😀!!!
