I went in recently to buy a plastic roller pad for the floor under a desk chair. It seemed to be quite a bit more expensive than the last one I bought a couple of years ago at the same store, but I guess everything is more expensive these days. Staples is a good place to buy anything needed in a business office and we need some of that stuff at home as well. I like the fact that they will pay $2 for every empty ink cartridge you you bring in to recycle. It kind of takes some of sting out of buying high price replacement ink for your printer.

The staff is exceptionally courteous and expeditious. Especially in the copy/print area where demands can be the highest, they do an amazing job of taking care of us. I have never had a bad experience here.

I arrived at opening to complete the process for TSA Pre-check. The associate was very knowledgeable and completed the prices in about 10 minutes. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Outstanding.... I wish I remembered the young man's name. On my receipt it says cashier number: 1991059.This young man has been the most Outstanding, kind, respectful and professional person , I think I've ever met. He even remembered my name and greeted me saying " Goodevening Ms. Hudson". I try to acknowledge anything that is good and positive. Give him a raise. Work, well done.👍

Came to send a fax. Prices have gone through the roof. I was told 1 minute per page and it's been 3 minutes. Then was told well you should have used the other machine. Really!!! They were over here and never said a word until I apologized to my son for the long wait.After I asked to cancel it. The manage did help and got it sent.

If their store is anything like their store directory (no matter what location you select) it will take you or I 20+hrs of driving if you're living in Bucks Cty to even get there.. in Alabama, that is. No directions to any store in PA, looks like the default store you're going to is Alabama, so gas up! Looks like they're right on top of the details as usual... How do you forget to link your store's location? Guess the same dummies are working there before they merged with Office Max. Well, I won't be going there.
