This store gets quite a bit of my money. They have stylish items at a good price. However, I was not thrilled when I got to the store 30 minutes before close to be denied entry. I understand closing on time but not before time. The employee was right in front of the door vacuuming. She said we’re closed in which I said it’s 7:30. I had a bag with me, I wanted to return a few items. She continued to vacuum and looked up one more time saying we’re closed before going further back to the store. I tried calling on the phone to no avail. It’s really disappointing when employees or employers change their operations from what’s in black and white. How hard would it have been to even s was see what I needed. I have a flight in the morning, I won’t be in town for quite some time. It couldn’t have been a big deal to complete my transaction considering it was within operating hours. The young lady who ignored me helped me in my previous transaction. I will be returning my goods. I only shop where there is good service.

They have really cute clothes,shoes,purses,etc.Some clothes and shoes I bought in my normal size were too big or too small, but overall I gave them 5 stars because most everything I buy there fits and looks nice on me and the prices are very reasonable and affordable I love their merchandise

This is my go-to spot for very nice clothing at a low price. You can always find something that you are or not looking for!🤦‍♀️ LOL Customer service is always great as usual and the store is always organized. Just remember they do not have a layaway and more importantly they do not have a dressing room anymore! 😆That's a review for another time! LOL If you have not been to Simply 10, you are missing out on the best 10.99 deal on women clothing in town!👍💯🙌

This location is amazing for a Husband and Father combo meaning if you have a wife and daughter that you want to shop for. You have to come to this location. It's absolutely great. The staff is super awesome. They were very patient with my wife and daughter. My wife couldnt fine what she wanted but they gave her some options. They really assisted my daughter with finding the right purse for her. The prices are very affordable as well. Everything in the store is $10 or under as well. I'm going to recommend this store to everyone that is looking for fashion for their wife and daughter.

It’s May and I’ve hardly any time left to do anything but shop for The Wedding & My Mothers gifts! And one of my favorite places to visit is the Simply 10 stores!I had to visit the local with the Store Manager’s Kimo & Vicki! They are two of the best and they take their business very serious!The store is very well kept, organized and has some nice merchandise for Junior, Regular & Plus Sizes! They have some great stuff and pieces of everything from clothing such as; tees, shirts, blouses, jeans, shorts, crop pants, joggers, bikers shorts, swim over lay, caftans, kimono, accessories; jewelry, handbags, shoes, sandals, belts, perfumes, caps, gowns, pjs, lingerie, bras, panties, etc! They have all of the fashionable items and accessories!And don’t be surprised if they are not available if you think about it to long and they are gone! With “Inflation & Prices” today you have to be thrifty & quick!You can find name brand quality items in some of there items lines. I found some great deals once again! They’re really nice and fashionable too!“HAPPY AND CUTE! CUTE!”

My all time favorite store!! EVERYTHING I buy from here gets compliments!! And don’t hide the fact I paid $10 (or less) for it either! I’m always sending gals here to find the perfect outfit/dress!!! Even got my birthday photo shoot dress from here!!! I have no complaints except the dressing rooms are still closed to try the clothes on!!! But I still Lovvvvvvveeeeee it!!! ❤️❤️❤️

IT'S NOT SIMPLY $10 IT'S 10.99‼️ I Asked the associate WHY she just stared at me ‼️ lol!! The cashier couldn't count she gave us to much change back ‼️ The manager working beside her didn't say anything until.. I LEFT THE STORE!! LOL!! She DIDN'T know the people next line was with me!! She said if they don't want to pay the extra .99 cent ..THEY DON'T HAVE TO BUY IT ‼️🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ I will return my purchase of $60

I am a frequent visitor to the Charlotte NC store but never had I been on a weekend SUNDAY. the customer service was horrible. Never have I not been treated nicely this is why I tell people about this store because of the employees helpfulness and the neatness of the store however this visit was different the CSRS WERE SPEAKING AND TALKING BEHIND THERE MASK.I COULD NOT HEAR THEM but noticed the eye motions. And heard words coming out.... Very rude.. and there appearance was very tacky. I know This is a discount store but the employees are usually very nicely groomed. I usually look at this as a boutique discounted that’s why I fell in love with it but as a business owner sometimes owners are not aware of the mis conduct of employees. Not much but I usually spend about 100-150 every 2 weeks. I am not interested in visiting again. I would not recommend anymore and would suggest the store doesn’t hire such LAZY INDIVIDUALS!

I've had the privilege of going twice and still haven't had a chance to look at ALL of the pretty, neat, great low price item's. I found the employees to be pleasant and available. It's something there for every woman that stops by!!!! $10 I saw this same shirt at Ashley Stewart, but double the price, if not more. A lot of clothes that Ashley Stewart sales, is at SIMPLY 10 for $10! check it out for yourself you're going to love it 😄😍

Wide variety of styles and sizes. However the teen pointed outerwear was mainly in XL and under only. My teenage daughters didnt find any outfits that theyd wear to school but to church/dinner instead. Too many things for such a small place but organized fairly well. Not wheelchair friendly or larger sized person accessable to shop when busy because the racks are so close. We had to carry our shoes and clothing around while shopping due to lack of carts. (Honestly this was probally a good thing because i spent less money ;)) Very helpful and polite staff.

The irondale, Al location Customer service is horrible. I was told by the manager that I can return a item and when I came in the two unprofessional workers Thursday at 4:45pm made rude comments to each other about me and denied my return. I have the receipt and nothing is wrong with the item. Tomorrow I will reach out to the manager once again.

Simply 10 in TUSCALOOSA is SIMPLY GHETTO. Bad attitudes and poor service and they close they store up early. Management does not care about losing their job. They argue with customers and when you mention corporate the laugh (says a lot about how they fell about their customers). I guess the minimum wage pay is reflected in their attitude.

I barely shop at simply 10 Albany ,GA- 303-B South Slappey Blvd. but I was in there the on Tuesday 2/12/19 with my daughter when the nice cashier couldn't scan my item as the sale price of $5 so she called the manager up however assume that I put the price on that hoodie which she said in a attitude no that's not the right price the nice cashier asks is there more hoodies with that price I stated yes but long story short she don't need to be a manager with that type of vibe .

I went there because my daughter use to work there to get some paper work fill out and the worker they say is the president balled my paperwork up and he was not going to fill out anything they was very rude and unprofessional i will never spend another dime there
