UPDATE: I got a call today from The folks at ScentHound with some information about my last visit.They've implemented a new system (my guess is it's a CRM they're getting used to) and it's apparently caused some issues since it's been implemented, including but not limited to the mistaken S.C.E.N.T check report.I really appreciated the outreach today. It's such a personal relationship that groomers have with the animals in their care and it makes me feel so much better to know that they take that relationship to heart.Original review: This was my third visit to Scenthound with my dog Newman and the second time I got the wrong S.C.E.N.T check report for my dog.In addition, this last visit was supposed to include a bath and blow dry in addition to a paw pad trim, which did not happen and I ended up doing myself at home in our basement.The staff here seems lovely but they are clearly moving too many dogs through with two little staff to accommodate and mistakes are being made.

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve been going for a year and the last 2 times have been awful! My pup comes out soaking wet even when I’ve paid for the blow out. They refund me and say that he’s too hyper… but never had a problem in the past. I have a doodle so he can’t come out wet or the mats are just awful… this is how I picked him UP not dropped him off from the “groomers” so furious and sad for my pup. We went somewhere else and they had 0 issues handling his “hyper” self!

We decided to try Scenthound for our pup instead of another company we had used. Their space is very clean and the front desk was professional and friendly. Brianna got to know our pup a few minutes before taking her back. She was very sweet and we will definitely be going back. Our pup loved her and was not anxious and shaking when I picked her up. I was beyond impressed at how well they did!! He looks so good and smells even better!😂 It was very nice to take him to a groomer and actually see a difference in him from the time I dropped him off and picked him up. Everyone is so nice there and it was super quick. Not the usual leave them there for 4-5 hours and hope it’s finished. The time they told me he would be finished by is the time he was finished.

I took my Henry for his first grooming today. He was very nervous! They did a GREAT job! I was just as nervous as he was, but they made me feel very comfortable leaving him and they took great care of him. We will definitely be back!

We had a membership for are two dogs. When bring them to there second appointment one of our dogs was taken to the back then brought back to us and told to take her home. Because she didn’t want to take a bath. We was told they would refund our monthly fee. Since we didn’t get to bath her that month. Our other dog got a bath. We returned to get him and check out asked about the refund they told use they couldn’t do a refund because it was at the end of the month. But we only get one bath a month so I don’t understand why it mattered. The girl up front Was rude and not professional at all. We canceled both our dogs membership and don’t recommend them to nobody.

Great service! Took my very active, never been professionally groomed super-mutt for the first time and I was really nervous about how she’d do. The staff were kind and listened to all my concerns. They texted when she was ready and she was happy, clean, and had a good report. Thank you all for the great first visit. We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience taking our cavalier for a bath and grooming at the Lee Branch Scenthound location. We had great communication through texts and emails before the appointment. Got great advice at check-in about choosing the best cut for our dog. I got a text that she was ready for pickup, just 2 hours after drop off. When I arrived to pick her up the groomer came out and spoke with me about her cut and coat. This was such a pleasant experience compared to what we had at another groomer. And using the app to make a reservation and choose options is wonderful! I highly recommend Scenthound to bathe and groom your dog!

We have a small Morkie and recently had an appointment to get her washed and blow dry. They put the appointment down for the following week and would not fit her in. The girl at the desk was extremely rude and had an attitude. Plus, every time we take her in, we remind them that she is a Morkie and we want her cut like a Yorkie. They evidently don’t know how, so we will not be back!! We tried to give them several chances to make it right!!

This place is awesome. Very clean and the people are very friendly and welcoming. The only reason for not 5 stars was because my dog has a stain under eye from leakage and that wasn’t cleaned as well as I thought it should be.

Inconsistency my pet only went twice the first time went well the second time was terrible, I booked my pet an appointment for a wash blowout and face trim for her tear stains, when I picked her up the staff told me she had a small mat on one of her ears and they could shave it but her other hair would cover the patch. When I finally got my dog one of the staff members brought her outside and asked me to charge my card on file so I could leave. But when I looked at my dog her face was not trimmed and her ears were drastically uneven. When I asked about the face trim the staff member told me that basically there was nothing else that they could do. I will never take my pet back and I canceled my membership.

We have been going to Scenthound in Lee Branch every month since they opened. We've never had less than an awesome experience. Baxter LOVES going there. I was a little embarrassed last time when I came to pick him up and he didn't want to leave with me. But really, they do a great job and are all so nice. They did such a good job! This was my dogs first time getting groomed, and they assured me they would take their time and make sure my baby was comfortable. My dog came back wagging her tail and still socializing with the girl at the front desk. She smelled so good and her fur was so soft! They brushed her teeth, clipped her nails, cleaned her ears, and gave her a bath. Overall, 10/10 I would definitely bring my dog back again!

I am so excited about this place! I took my pup there for a much needed haircut and bath, and we had such a great experience. The staff was SO friendly. They made sure to try and make him comfortable as soon as we got there and especially seeing that he was visibly anxious. They walk you through different “scent” options and length of cuts so you really have a chance to talk to them about your dog and expectations up front. They are very thorough, ask questions, and listen to any concerns. Its a major bonus being able to book and track appointments in the app! My boy came out looking fantastic, I am excited to take advantage of our membership and all of the other services provided.
