Packed with a huge variety of clothes; it's full of housewares and a host of other items. My cashier was very friendly, in spite of his disrespectful (towards him and customers) manager, he remained professional to her and to the customers.

I went inside the store to purchase a roll of tissue that cost $1.00 and gave the cashier 5 .25 she tells me she can not take the quarter because she has already put in 5 dollars in, and I can't do that, huh ! Why ? Evidently, this lady couldn't add or subtract. It's OK, but don't get mad at me and tell me I can't return the tissue that I have not taken out of the store or bag. Another customer gave me back the $5 , I said yall can keep it and pass it on to the next person that needs it , she says you need it, I said no you really need to pray, I commence to try to exit she says something, I go right back in the store, I said, What you said ? She said nothing. I'm in BEAST mode at this point. You think 🤔 you balding now. Say something else.

Just shop their, cashier was rude and stated that I needed to put back an item that I changed my mind about and said that she was about to get off early and didn’t have time to do her job and put back any items, I never had a cashier to be so rude and act so lazy, managers you need to talk to that cashier, I will never go back there again.

Good place to purchase discount items for your home. They were not stocked well my last visit. You get the service expected from a discount store. The store is clean. The parking lot is big. You have a red light to get back out onto Crestwood.

I hadn't been in Rose's in awhile they have some good items. I found the items I wanted to purchase unfortunately there was only one cashier working. I stood in line forever...myself along with 3 or 4 other patrons left the store without making a purchase I was so heartbroken.

Went with there with my children to complete our home, so I can finally sit down in peace.... but I say that, because when it came to putting the curtains that we came for... took our time to pick ... the package said 2 window panels., I only recieved one... the I paid in all. Over spent $108.and odd cents....I am going back to see about my curtains..... if not.... thenn....Other wise , beautiful people, in and out... u dont have complaints cause u listen to the hard difficult customer, but her lofty hard, but an employee smile, and her world was changed.... from that smile..Roses employees helped safe my life.. thru curtains.Overall 5star shopping and saving... beautiful pieces

I got some amazing deals here! Target brand 16 piece dinner set for $15, a silk tie band pocket square combo, bunch of other stuff... Full cart! $100 or so. My girlfriend and I felt like bandits.

Three employees at the front by register and no one would check us out. No one acknowledged us. Never had that happen before. One was a manager.😞😞😞😞😞 I use to tell people to go there because everyone was so nice. Well I won’t go back and I will pass it along,

Love this place but you need to loosen up on the customer service layaway department or get rid of it. Your rates are way to high to put away something​ for 30 days consider your location we are not rich and if we were we don't won't give the money back to the proprietors.

The manager was extremely aggressive and lied and told me they don’t do returns. I called a different location and they told me “Yes we do returns and so should all other locations” so i called the Birmingham location and told her about what they said and she hung up on me

I visited this store today to buy a shelf for my bathroom I finally find the shelf get to the checkout it rings up a different price than shown on the shelf, when I brought that to the attention of the cashier, her rude self replied that's how much it cost never went to verify that the item was in the wrong place, nevertheless I did not make the purchase don't have to spend my money with a business with such RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL employees, thanks but no thanks
