They have been great with our dogs, especially with one of ours that is partially deaf and also has a skin condition after having took look for a new groomer after 10 ➕️ years with one person. But they have been good thus far after 2 visits and hope it continues.

I wish I could’ve gave them a 0 they is trash messed my dog groom up have her looking like a crack head don’t make no sense!!! I have given them several chances and they still can’t get it right I would post a pic but I ain’t gone do my baby like that !!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET to get groomed !!!😡

Only used the groomer so far, but impressed with everything I encountered. Facilities were very clean and up to date, staff was friendly and attentive and groomer did a great job of grooming a 10 year old German Shepherd rescue at a reasonable price.

I’ve heard mixed reviews but decided to give them a try. My mom took my pet for me for his first initial appointment. She says everything was fine & the people were quote on quote “nice.” Well most of the time when you are a minority people tend to be nice face to face then show their true colors over the phone when you’re not in their face. Exactly what I experienced every time I called to get a copy of my pets records. RUDE! Me & my pet were not a priority clearly. Maybe work for “some” but I wouldn’t recommend for “us.” So it appears those mixed reviews were true. Only went once & we won’t be back.

The veterinarian didn't keep us waiting. She was kind and gentle with our cat but did what was needed. The fee was appropriate for the service provided and our cat feels much better.

I had to change veterinarian clinics anyway here they took the time to explain all option. And she was sure that I knew the price the treatment before they did it . She made sure I was aware of all the pros and cons of each treatment and for the very first time the very first time my 30 some years taking my pets to the vet the least expensive treatment is the one that she recommended. One day later and my girl is showing signs of Improvement and I thought the final bill was very reasonable

I was just told they needed an autopsy today so they wont be able to help my dog with a broke leg since she got ran over last night. They're probably waiting to do my dogs autopsy too.. would NOT recommend.

They were awesome with my Buffy! I took her for rabies, flea medicine and nails clipped (she usually is a hot mess for this) They were so good with her that wasn't a ANY issues with her!! I was so happy and I must say I was impressed by that 😊 Thank you to ALL at PINSON ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!👍👍

I have a pitbull who does get nervous around new people. They were all so patient & gentle with him! Now he loves them after just a couple of visits there. I am so thankful for them & very proud of my boy!

Charged me way to much to help my dog.bthen when I had another emergency they told me to wait till morning and it was 4 pm. Problem with where they done surgery the first time. Went to mercy and paid half of what I paid pinson to do it the first time

Dr.. Woodruff is the best! She's always so gentle with my huge dogs and always determined to get to the root of any issues or illnesses they may have. Everyone that works there is so very helpful also. They've been the only place I've taken all my pups over the years.

The clinics staff are all outstanding. My dog never has the “Oh no we are at the Vet” look when we visit. General care for your pet seems to always be their disposition.

Came here after another vet recommended euthanasia for my cat due to a cancer diagnosis that came from only looking at my cat for 30 seconds. They were very thorough and did every test to confirm that not only did my cat not have cancer but that she was actually in excellent health. So blessed to have came here!

Amazing place. The staff and vet are very friendly, remember your dogs (or any pets I'm assuming lol) They don't act annoyed if you get there close to closing time after work which is nice. My dog loves them

Could not get an appointment for sick kitty until next day. I ask if I could pay for a short talk with vet. Nope. Called another vet,same delay. So yeah,had to Google to know how to treat cat for the night. : (

I had my dog boarded while I went out of town they only charge me $17 a day and on the third day that includes a bath. they are very gentle and easy with your dog or cat.
