Went for first time yesterday. They had items I don’t find in other store chains like Conecuh bacon, ready to heat Cajun foods, elk patties. Good selection of deli sandwich salads, salad bar sold by the pound. A hot deli was well stocked and the people there were friendly. Good produce with hard-to-find Ambrosia apples! Yum! There were a great number of items produced in Alabama which was good to see. Not the least expensive place though.

This is the best store I've ever been to. They have a wide selection and the deli sells an amazing blue berry cobbler too! The staff are really friendly, professional, and helpful! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be sure to stop by!

Nice wine selection, good meats, nice flower dept. Produce is lacking. Limited and inconsistent product availability and some strange choices of stocked products. Poor toiletry / drug selection. Always lots of checkers but some of the younger ones are distracted on the job to a fault. I've never had a bagger offer to help with groceries. Terrible customer service if you need to return an item, and often flat-out rude. Fat prices without the generous services you'd receive if you were at Publix.

This piggly wiggly is in an amazing location. It is really easy to get too and is very convenient. The food is fresh and the sushi is made there in front of your eyes. The staff are really nice. They are helpful and will do what you ask espeically the sushi chief.

Love this store. Fresh produce and fresh meats are at the top. Pricey so I can’t shop there often but have been satisfied when I do get to. If you’re in the area or will drive for good homemade foods drop by their Deli! DELICIOUS FOOD! HOMEMADE!

Outstanding spot for groceries.The wine selection is extensive and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great way to try some new vintages and skip the pretense.Likewise, the butcher department carries prime beef and is quick to assist with whatever you need.If you want great selection and service, this location is a cut above.

Friendly employees. So great that they hire so many of the local teens for after school jobs. Very good selection. Prices are fair. Always clean. Their deli and meat departments are GREAT! Only wish they had an on-site bakery but they do offer a good selection of bakery items brought in from another location.

Oh my gosh. Better then Publix. Amazing produce great deli and great cheese selection. Super clean store, super friendly employees. If I lived closer I would shop their always. Never would have thought that a Piggly Wiggly could be so elaborate and have reasonable prices.

I would give this store a 5 star if all of the staff were as friendly and accommodating as Josh at the meat counter. He went above and beyond for us and I couldn't have been more pleased. The rest id the employees could, and should, take lessons on customer service from him. Yes he should get a raise. Also, if you aren't already familiar, there's a grocery chain in Texas called HEB and with stores like this one, you could give them a run for their money in Texas. Do it.

Yesterday, I was simply enjoying my shopping when the manager Susan started screaming. I was taken aback! She was screaming to this man about how horrible one of her young employees is. She said that she has a horrible attitude and does not want to work but I always use her line and she has an amazing attitude and loves her job. I am her biggest defender. I hate Susan and she needs a reality check. If you continue this, Susan, you will regret it. Sincerely, your new worst enemy. SLASH SERIOUS.

This is a fantastic little grocery store! It's definitely not the cheapest but great hard to find products. The fresh shrimp here is almost off the boat fresh. Let me tell you.... you want the best breakfast biscuit around? Do yourself a favor and stop by here! These ladies know what's up with the breakfast! And the fried catfish for lunch is 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

This was a pleasant experience. Absolutely incredibly clean. Fresh quality at reasonable prices. They offer awesome sales along with accepting coupons makes it even more Pleasant. Being disabled, parking is great an most important FLAT. I loved the BEAUTIFUL salad bar, olive bar, fresh bread, fresh seafood, steaks, family deli bar hot plate/dinner. I don't know if that makes any sense. Trust me I loved it and will be back. #happyshopping

This is my secret but not so secret lunch spot. The deli offers a traditional meat and 3 (1 meat and up to 3 veggies). Mondays and Fridays are the best days for me because they offer Beef tips-n-rice (Mon) and Catfish(Fri)on those days. Food is always good and the staff is amazing! If you want something relatively inexpensive that is not fast food then this is your place.

There's 4 MAJOR reasons to go here.😍 Chef Bobby in the Sushi area.. YALL.. he makes high end restaurant quality sushi. You MUST try his "Pokey Bowl". You gotta request it. It's as authentic as being in Hawaii. Don't ask what's in it. Just try it. You WILL be hooked. Also, he makes extremely affordable sushi trays.. perfect for tailgate parties. Try his Mt Dunnavant roll. You can't get that anywhere else😍The Butcher JOSH in the MEAT dept is ABSOLUTELY a rock star of knowledge. His seasoning mixture needs to be bottled and sold. I REALLY hope they are paying him a LOT because he is a HUGE reason people buy meat here😍 The free Beer and Wine tasting events are a perfect way to try a bunch of new things and find new favorites. I learn so much from them. I ABSOLUTELY recommend attending these events. Sadly, they are not well advertised. I used to get emails saying who was coming. But no more. I don't even think they post it on Facebook.😍 The SALAD BAR is back open!! My hubby loves to go get his lunch there. They used to have an olive bar. Not sure if it's open again. Probably.😡 Terrible baggers. It's very clear management doesn't train them how to bag groceries. The store in Mtn Brook has AMAZING baggers. It's shocking how different this store is. Mtn Brook has white glove service with professionals who you WANT to tip. Dunnavant has some kids just standing around chatting up the cashier's instead of the customers.😡Cashier's definitely need to get some people skills. They aren't rude. They just aren't personable. Well, a few are. When this place opened, the cashier's were great. They remembered you, asked how was the family, recommended great products to try. Unfortunately that front end manager they used to have with dark hair harassed them all into quiting. Dontae, the front end manager was GREAT. Loved seeing his warm smile and friendly personality. The red head man named Tommy was awesome. If you had any issues, he was the person to tell. He made sure the concerns were addressed.

A really nice and clean store. A great hot bar and sushi bar. The couple preparing the sushi where so friendly. A wide variety of products from the local area. The beer and wine section is out of this world. With beer on tap. The only downfall was the person bagging our groceries. Not very good. Otherwise a great shopping experience.

Great food in the deli for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prime angus beef. Fresh seafood. Produce department has large selection of fruit and vegetables and a salad bar for take home. Brown and serve sourdough French bread. Fresh sushi. A unique epicurean experience.
