GroomingI will not take my dog to there to get groomed again. They don't know how to cut his hair. I told them to trim the hair on his ear, did not happen. I told them NOT to cut any hair off his tail. (They scalped it in a place). They said they could not do a clean face on him. I ask them to cut ALL his nail (the groomer missed some).HOWEVER, at my old groomer they never had a problem. I ask to talk to a manager, she had gone home for the day, and the people that answer the phone could not help. They told me someone would get back with me. I am still waiting.My dog is not perfect, he is shuzo mix, but they should know how to groom. If you have ANYTHING but a calm dog, don't go there. BTW my other grooming place was a lot cheap to.

Not happy at all with the grooming !!! Plus they left early without calling me to tell me she was ready. Glad I had asked about what time she might be ready b4 I left her there!

Just left. I asked for a cheaper bath cause the firminstor was not worth it. I got charged more. Each visit is more and more. I had to call to see if my dog was ready four hours later
