I was a little surprised by the total however the appearance of Lucky was perfect and he was not in distressed he was happy! Jamie was amazing with him, all the staff was very nice. We will be repeat customers.

The groomers need help.. there is no one to receive you, since groomers are in the back , so I waited with my dog for a while! Secondly , after he was groomed ,jaime , the groomer told me that my dog ( a Shih tsu) would need to be taken to a vet clinic next time , and be sedated…..for his grooming ,because he tried to bite her when she was doing his paws. He is a senior dog. He has been going to groomers his whole life, and no one has ever told me this ! Maybe it was just a bad experience for my dog and the groomer… they were clearly over booked and stressed out

When I arrived to pick up my dog the lady was in the back in the bathroom and so the other lady told me to just go pay. I waited about 20 min while she was in the back. So I went and paid and when the lady got back that was suppose to have done my dog she said she wasn’t able to do anything because Penny would not let her. I wanted a potty trail and nail grinding, bath and teeth brushing. She said she did the bath and teeth brushing but that’s it. I brought her there because y’all did such a good job before. The only thing that appeared to be done was her bath her teeth smelled awful. I tipped her before knowing what an awful job she had done. I paid $65 for basically a bath. I will not be back!!

I have a 15 year old shih tzu that’s deaf and blind. She is very challenging to groom but you guys did a great job!

The groomers do a decent job on my goldendoodle, but there needs to be a serious discussion about professionalism when booking appointments. I have called more than once to book an appointment only to be hung up on. Its not an accident either. They will ask you to hold then either not pick back up after several minutes or hang up altogether multiple times in a row. When I've addressed it they start talking about how busy they are. Ive gotten so fed up of the disrespect I take my business elsewhere even though its not convenient. Management should definitely deal with this problem in grooming dept.

Not impressed, had to wait 3 weeks for an appt, arrived on time the day of appt and it took an extra hour of waiting until my dog Bella could get bathed. The fragrance they put on her was awful, I had to give her a bath to get rid of the smell.
