The appointment was quick and I’m satisfied with the cut. I was thrown off when I was charged 87.99 + 5.99 for materials, when online it says the cut was 73.99 + 5.99 for materials. I wasn’t expecting a $14 difference and to pay and give a tip before even seeing my dog after her appointment. Additionally, the cashier didn’t ask if I’d even like to leave a tip. She bluntly said “cash or card for the tip.” It was aggressive and unexpected.

0 stars if I could. My wife and I dropped our dog off to be groomed informing them that he had high anxiety and would cry if left in the kennel after his appointment. Therefore we asked that we are called 20 minutes prior to the appointment ending so that we can be there right away to pick him up. After 3 hours we didn't get a call and went to pick him up anyway as we were getting concerned that the appointment was taking so long.We show up, and find out he has been done and was in the kennel. The entire store could hear his crying and we were told he had pooped on himself in the kennel, which is clearly from stress/anxiety (he had gone right before we dropped him off). While my wife paid they wouldn't go get him for me until she had fully paid. I understand not handing him off to us, but allowing him to continue to cry while we are clearly standing right there and could have called him down was infuriating.We have been using Petco for years, many other locations with good results. Due to this experience we will never use Petco again.

The employees are always very helpful. Do a good job on my dogs nails always. Always work me in between grooming. The guy that works there for a while can’t remember his name is outstanding!

Watson is amazing with Daisy and always gets the job done! He is very willing to work with me and my crazy schedule. Only groomer I can take my dog to and know he will be able to do it and she looks great when he is done! Bonus, my little girl loves to go visit Mr Watson!

The young lady that has been trimming my Brittany's nails since he was about 14 weeks old does a fantastic job! I don't have any hesitation with my furbaby when it's time to go in for his routine nail trim. Thank you for taking such good care of him!

My groomer, Autumn, always does a fabulous haircut for my miniature Maltese including giving him such a cute teddy bear face. She is always gentle and caring with him which is so important since he is my most important companion in my life now. Thank you Autumn!

They do an exceptional job here. The staff are polite and friendly and don't stress out the dogs when they go to get groomed. I love bringing my dogs here cause I know they will be treated right!

It had been too long since AJ's last cut and his hair had gotten way too long. He runs/rolls around the yard a lot so the hair had begun to mat and he's not very receptive to me brushing those tangles out. Even with everything going on right now, the team at PetCo kept his appointment and they did an OUTSTANDING job of cleaning him up. I appreciate the care they took of my boy and he looks great! Thank you all so very much!!!!

Michael is great with my dogs! He always makes sure I am satisfied. My gets them in and out quickly. They are never thirsty or upset when I pick them up.

Autumn's skills are amazing and my dogs come home looking great! However the Petco prices for grooming are on the high end and have gone up on several occasions in just the last 5 years.
