Had a good sale price on dog food that day. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Joined email list and received a $5 store coupon. I also find when I go in for my dog food they have sale prices or will have a coupon stuck on some of the bags. They allow you to use both coupons. They also have really good sale prices on toys and clothes. The employees are young but knowledgeable and friendly.

The staff is friendly & helpful. My dog loves to visit & watch the hamsters. Great selection of products & if what you want isn't available, they will try to find it for you. It's the 1st place I go to shop for my pets.

Recently moved to the Avondale area and forgot I was out of dog food. Nowhere nearby was open at 8pm on a random night. I made my way over to this store and was surprised by the location. I never even knew it was there. Ran in quickly to grab what I needed because it was close to closing. At check out the cashier was extremely friendly and so nice to my dog. She gave him several treats and handshakes. She signed me up for the rewards program and gave me $5 off on the spot. Will definitely go back.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable for what we buy. They have a better variety of the brand of canned cat food we buy than Walmart and price is comparable. It's easy to get in and out quickly at this location.

On my quest to absolutely spoil my new puppy, I decided to stop here today. Not as many choices as one of the larger pet stores I visited recently, but the prices are better so that's definitely a plus. My favorite item here was the self-serve doggy treats located at the front of the store. They smelled and looked good enough for human consumption, however I wouldn't advise it. My pup scarfed hers down with no hesitation, so I guess that means she liked it.They offer a free discount card to use so that you can get the sale prices available. Sweet! I saw where this location offers pet vaccinations at a fairly reasonable cost, depending on your animal and which vaccination was needed(6-in-1, rabies, etc.)I would definitely visit this location again, if for nothing but those self-serve treats for my already spoiled rotten pooch.

We go there for saltwater fish. They have gotten very pricey on them though and the fish always have ich or something else. One yellow tang had no mouth left. They do carry some rare type of fish you hardly ever see though.Will keep coming back just lower prices and take care of the fish!!!

I depend on this store for all of my dog's needs. They are the only store in the area that carries the brand of food and treat products I feed my dog (Merrick). They have a good variety of natural food brands for different types of pets. Also they support brands that are made in the USA!

Not your friendliest pet supplies store and I've had to stand there holding a 30lb bag of dog food for several minutes while waiting on the person in front of me, which isn't the problem. The problem is the 2nd cashier or manager that always disappears after they see me standing there. They always have what I'm looking for though

The cashier's were nice but the store smells so bad it made me sick. It smells worst then a petting zoo! I don't think they clean the animal's cages because thats why the store stinks! Even when they had a rat problem it never smelled that bad.

The sales associate saw me looking at the dog leashes I was confused at to what size my white maltipoo needed she said let me measure him and find you the right size and that is just what she did. My hats off to her cause that is what makes Pet Supplies Plus a great store to shop for all types of pet supplies you will ever need.

Well-stocked place. I was there (1/2013) for some aquarium supplies. I found an entire section where price-per-ounce labels were incorrect and misleading (on activated carbon products). This is info i always check when making my purchase decisions so it's concerning to me. I pointed it out to an employee and she sounded aware of an ongoing problem at corporate. I checked labels on nearby catfood and birdseed and it looked accurate. Otherwise, staff was friendly and selection seemed quite good.

Wonderful pet store. Great customer service. Wide variety of products. Still wonder how the former manager is doing (he was in recovery from cancer). Highly recommend (it is a great pet store for all pets).

Great except for that for some reason they don't sell large live rats and I go there every time to get my snake something to eat but now I have to drive almost an hr out just to get a large rat that is alive. And I love their selection of snakes mainly their ball pythons I mean that I'll still go there here and there just to look at there snakes and mabey get 1 a pastel ball python.

Very helpful staff! I just wish they didn’t sell ferrets! Maybe put them in a bigger cage with some toys for stimulation!! It must get boring just waiting for someone to adopt them!

Pet Supplies Plus is where I go for most of my pet shopping needs for my dogs, cats, fish, and bird. They have a wide selection of specialty products and more reasonable prices than many other chains and they usually have what I need in stock.

Came here for an exercise ball for my hamster. I wanted a clear one (cheaper) but the only one they had was broken, so they allowed me to purchase a colored exercise ball for the same price as the clear one.
