We have been customers of Pet Stop for over 20 years, with 3 different dogs at 2 different homes during that time.We have always been pleased with the service we have received. Most recently, I was assisted over the phone with syncing a collar to our system without having a service call to the house. That was successful, & I’m not tech savvy. When service men did come out on another issue recently, they were both polite and completed the work efficiently.I am thankful to have Pet Stop in my area.

PetStop provides a high level of service and they are very responsive. It’s tough to find this level of customer service these days - but not PetStop. They did some troubleshooting several times to get to the bottom of my issue - then fixed it quickly! Highly reccommend Rob and the crew !

Pet Stop is amazing. I have a dog that loves to run free and when our physical fence couldn’t keep her from escaping, Pet Stop saved us and her.Now I have moved twice since that first fence to places where there isn’t even a “real” fence and my girl will not even think of leaving our yard. She has chased deer and a loose horse through our yard and will stop well before the Pet Stop fence. I love my dog and it has been a huge peace of mind since Pet Stop has entered our lives!

Pet Stop of AL has been amazing for our 2 large Cane Corsos! With a simple installation and a short time of training our dogs are able to enjoy our entire 1 acre property. Even with the drive of our giant breed working dogs I do not second guess letting them outside on their own to potty, exercise, or just hang out with us. It is a REAL freedom for our dogs! With people walking dogs, cats passing by, squirrels and other temptations they may bark but they NEVER leave the property. Pet Stop has really been a blessing for us and our dogs! It has even given confidence to our neighbors as they too have come to trust our Pet Stop system and can enjoy our intense looking dogs for the big babies they are.

Love this little company. I have moved several times in the past 10 years. Two of my homes had no fence and so to keep the dogs safe from passing cars we had Pet Stop come out and put in an underground system. Once the controller was hit by a lightning strike. Another time or two the fence was cut accidentally by a spade or a shovel. We love our system. It just works. And our 3 dogs have learned where the limits are and they abide within them safely. Our dogs are safe from traffic and our system has given them a great boundary to protect and they have plenty of space to exercise.Services: Security fencing & metal cage installation, Dog training

Rob McDonald with PetStop was organized and professional. He installed an invisible fence around a garden that my dog enjoyed digging in. He then spent time training my dog with the provided collar. His approach was gentle and effective. He knows dogs! We’ve had the fence for about 6 months with zero problems. Highly recommend this company!

We purchased a home that was already a Pet Stop customer and needed to get our dogs trained on the fence. They were extremely responsive to our request and trained our dogs without any incidents. Also when our street was ripped up to be replaced and the construction workers ripped our fence line they quickly came out to address the issue. We became PetStop pet fence systems customers about 20 years ago. The system is fail proof. Over the years, We have trained about 12 dogs to the system. Most learn the first day. Our most recent trainee was just a couple months ago. One day, done. This fence has allowed our pups to run free on our 3.5 acres. When we first used the system, we had a digger. He was a Houdini, our hardest to train. But once trained, he stayed contained. Rob and Keith are amazing to work with. The customer service is impecable. Cost is pretty much up front. You will NOT regret purchasing a Pet Stop fence.

The Pet Stop Fence System AND Training was the best investment I have made for my dog! I was hesitant at first because of the cost and I wasn't sure if my dog would respond well to it. Rob trained my dog Brie in less than 2 weeks! She is happy and I don't worry about her roaming the neighborhood or getting hit by a car. She loves being outside, and I can feel comfortable letting her out without supervision. We all win!!!

This electric fence has been a lifesaver. This has been the only thing that has kept our newest rescue from making an escape. Our pups are able to roam in the front and back without worry. Installed two systems for us, each about an acre in size. Finished each in a days time ( were in very rough terrain). Our dog picked it up very quickly and with the system that very gradually increased the correction strength, I felt it was very humane. He never comes close to the border area anymore, with or without the collar. Highly recommended. Had tried a GPS system prior, with poor results.
