Tony arrived as scheduled, assessed the needs for his assigned projects, purchased the materials, and completed the tasks in an efficient and professional manner. We are so pleased with the work Zach did for us on a dormer window repair. As he got into the repair, he found that the problem was more complicated than was evident on initial inspection, due to shoddy construction when the home was built. He showed me the problems, and kept me informed along the way. The window is now secure, and looks better inside and out than it has since we have owned the home. I am very happy with the work Zach did for us!

What peace and comfort, we are now in our 80's and really want to stay in our garden home but so many things happen that I can no longer repair, we are thankful for Tony who put us at ease that he will always be here for us, he did a wonderful job and he did not take advantage of us with cost of projects. Please call One Man & A Tool Box for any construction or home repairs. My house is old and has constructional challenges. Zac did an amazing job on my door frame and entry. It means so much to have someone working in your home you feel comfortable with and can trust. I am very happy and pleased with his work! Worked for this company as as a tech for about 6 months, knew going in they didn't have any benefits at all, things were OK, they do have some great techs NOT SURE WHY THEY STAY....office staff a bit condescending with techs even though they have never done the job seem to want to tell you how to do it ... and owner believes anyone not him doesn't deserve common courtesy..Never got a full 40 a week due to not enough work 5 or 6 hours max per day..had several 5 star reviews from customers for my work performed.. all of a sudden was asked to come in and talk with owner, when I arrived he wasn't there, had to call him for him to say we needed to separate.. ok I get it no reason is a reason to part ways, but if he had kahunas could been there to tell me in person and at least say we just don't have enough work, but had an excuse it's my fault with no explanation given because I'm beneath his level, also didn't pay me for last weeks work .. guess he needed it more than a poor employee.... if you are looking to go to work here just think on it first.. if nothing to loose maybe give it a try.. just beware owner is not to be trusted... but after my conversation with the labor department on not getting paid , 3

Needed step risers up to my front porch painted and mailbox replaced and the mailbox post reinforced so it wasn’t wobbly and repainted. The person who did the work was right on time, very professional and knowledgeable and easy to work with and communicate with. Excellent job done! Disappointed—did not live up to the highly rated reviews. They had a technician quit in the middle of our job, and the technician that finished was rushed. Most of the work was sloppy, and some of it was left incomplete even after coming out a second time. The manager even came out and looked at some of the oversights and remaining issues, but he never followed up (that was over 6 weeks ago).We will not be using them again.Service: General repairs

First time customer and very impressed. Scheduling was easy and appointment relatively close to the date I called. My jobs were not urgent so I didn’t mind waiting several days. Got a text alert when tech was on their way the day of the job. Tony arrived before appointment time, asked for a rundown of all the jobs and got right to work. I already had all the equipment set out and ready so he just needed to switch out the existing hardware. New front door automatic lock, Nest smoke/co2 detectors and a Nest thermostat. Extremely pleased with results. Front door needs a paint touch up from the shape difference on the hardware, but it needs repainting anyway. Will be contacting again for more jobs. Tony was quick, cleaned up on the job, and his knowledge of a/c maintenance came in handy with the thermostat during testing.Highly recommended company!

I hired OM&TB to replace and install an overhead ceiling kitchen light and an exterior security light. The installer, Tony, worked quickly and accurately and got both lights installed and working for me. He cleaned up all the debris and even hauled away the boxes and old lights for me when finished since my condo community has strict rules about disposal of any construction or home improvement debris. One Man & a Toolbox was fantastic! They did a great job moving kitchen cabinets and setting up the wiring for a new oven. My kitchen is much nicer because of their work. A couple of small issues with the work came up after they had finished, and they promptly scheduled a time to fix them, even one that came up a couple of months after the original work.All of the people from One Man & a Toolbox that I interacted with were helpful and patient with my question. Everyone was serious about making sure the project came out how I was hoping for, and where there were roadblocks, they explained them in a way I could understand.
