No matter where I go, Ollie’s is a great place to shop. They are always overstocked with great product’s at great prices. When we came in we were immediately greeted by the workers at the cash register and it was warm and sincere. We were looking for books for our granddaughter and there was a ton of them that we could take from that were age-appropriate. Along with that we found other products that we weren’t even looking for but were glad to find them. We will definitely continue as a customer.

Sort-of like the surprise in a Cracker Jacks box, you don't ever know what you are going to get. That's the unique experience. Of course there are staples they carry all the time. Quality products and everything is priced well below normal prices else where. Very friendly cashiers always!

Ok. I don't shop at Ollie's a lot but this will be my store now. The manager I encountered was amazing, amazing, amazing. I didn't know that I was talking to the manager I asked the cashier who she was. Prices...good getting good prices there on things in other stores that are out the a$$ high and now this is my store. I recommend you go and look around and you will see things you need for sure.

I'm giving this store a five star because Ms. Pat was the only worker to give eye contact and speak. Customer service is still a very important part of a business. Ollies has been my go-to spot for items I need around the house. Their prices and quality is great! Use your judgment when purchasing food/snacks or pantry items and always check the expiration date. I haven't had issues, but it's something I always observed as you don't want to end up buying something that expires soon. Whenever I am looking for kitchenware items this would be my store first before going to a larger department store (based on price and quality)

Always find something great here. Found a roasted red pepper tomato soup thet even my husband will eat. It's a great soup!

Great place. They have so much to choose from, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.In fact I was short about 19 cents to check out and they covered that for me.I was so embarrassed.I thank them so much for providing something simple that meant the world to me.Kudos,Robby Duty

It’s like Dollar tree and Harbor Freight hooked up and had a Bebe, then across town Sams Club and Big Lots also had a bebe and then by some miracle those two Bebe’s hooked up and had an Olle’s.

Customer service very friendly, only down fall I wish it could be more of my favorite lotions mouthwash toothpaste, it's cheaper than other places, when it runs out it will be a while before I see it again, I love shopping there I always find great deals

I went for snacks... got none, although the selection was good. The books and hobby stuff were just too appealing. It's always a fun experience here, although if you don't like to dig around and wander aimlessly, it may not be for you.

When I first discovered this place I was blown away by the SUPER bargains & low prices, but over the past few months the prices have increased dramatically @ both locations near me but especially the Trussville location. I hate to down them but they really should change the name from Bargain Outlet, it no longer seems truthful. 👎🏼

Uodate: lately, the service has been much faster. They do have some really great deals on candy! It's 3 minutes from my house, and I walk like candy (fruity stuff! Lol)A mixed bag of everything....feels like you stepped back into the 1970s/1980s when you enter the store. I did find some useful items for a great price though!

New Store in neighborhood...I like enough to come back again. This was me 3rd visit. They do need more help...lines a bit long sometimes...I walked out last time due to line length, time & my patience 😏. I used a 15% off coupon they sent me🤑. Overall, I am very glad Ollie's is now on our side of town. Thanks Ollie's. PS. I'll tell folks to apply to your store for work...& to sign up for coupons & notices👍🏾😉

It can be cleaner!!!! The cashiers are extremely nice and friendly. They also don't have my Clorox beads for my washing machine 😤. I've visited each one in the Birmingham area all four and non of them have them. Clean the store and you can get a better rating.

I love Ollie's! I actually find good stuff at lower prices! Wall calendar with pocket calendar less than $2! Lotions and body wash at lower prices. Sheets, bankets, toys, scool and business supplies, small appliances; everything you need!

They had an item I had been looking for for awhile so that's a bonus. The prices on most items, esp in the lawn & garden items, most specifically, were far too high to be a closeout store. The prices they state as "other stores" prices on their own price tags, are most times far higher than what other stores actually sell the respective products for.
