I can’t say enough about what a great job Thom did on my carpets! I have an aged dog who likes to use the carpet as his personal bathroom. I had kept putting off cleaning as it took so long to dry the last cleaning (5 years ago, different company). This time it’s already looking dryer in areas that didn’t need additional spraying! I will definitely be using this company again (sooner rather than later)! Thom explained my options, explained the pricing of everything, answered all my (number) questions, then allowed me to choose what fit into my budget. No pressuring me to go with a higher option that would have worked longer but didn’t fit my budget. I’m a very satisfied customer and highly recommend this company! Ask for Thom…you won’t be disappointed in the way he does his job!!

They did as good a job as possible getting the stain out of my rug. I knew there was a good chance they wouldn’t come completely out, but they are definitely lighter. My only complaint was that I had to call twice to see why it took so long to get it back to me. I wasn’t in a hurry for it, but I was beginning to be concerned. When it was delivered, they were very apologetic and told me they had been busy over the holidays.

Chem dry did a great job cleaning our sectional couch so I recommend them for that service. My only complaints are that the person cleaning the couch left the surrounding wood floor all wet and the spilled solution on our area run and didn’t alert me. I also found that the hose from the truck that was used to clean ripped the paint off the corners of my walls. These things could have been avoided with some attentiveness

I was told the carpets would be dry in a couple of hours with their process. Not so. It took a good 15-16 hours for all the spots to dry. When we walked in the wet carpet (since we had to because it did t dry) with white socks the bottom of our socks turned brown. Some areas do look better but overall I was disappointed.
