Went in on what had you been the hottest day in August of 2023 and their air conditioner was pumping! The bathroom and store were super clean, and the staff was amazing. I ordered a mushroom swiss burger, a bacon cheeseburger barbecue, and fries. The fries were actually pretty good, and were cooked to perfection. The hamburgers were delicious but we're very greasy. Terrible experience. I waited 10 minutes before anyone took my order and I was standing there the entire time looking at 2 employees prepare food. The store only had one person dining inside. I finally asked one of the workers if anyone would take my order and one of them called to the back for someone else. Food was quick. I won't return not worth being ignored.

Since I was stranded in the city and had to walk everywhere. I found this burger joint to help with my starvation. Ordering food was easy given the kiosk that’s available for customers. We got there right before closing so I was skeptical about ordering it. I rarely eat beef but I had no choice given my situation. I do not regret this at all. The burger was so juicy and cooked to perfection. The fries wasn’t that good. Im sure the twenty min walk in the cold killed them. Next time I’ll dine in. The staff was great. Facility was clean.

The food was great... The only reason why I gave a 4 for service is because they forgot to skip the onions on my bacon cheddar cheeseburger. And I gave them a 4 for atmosphere because there were only 5 customers including us there at 230p so I couldn't really tell how it would normally be when it was busy... Overall I will definitely be backParking: There is not a drive thru so you have to park somewhere. Well, there is not much room around store for parking and NO BiG vehicle will fit in the parking lot next to location downtown. The parking shared by everyone around location only has about 30 spots and then there are another 20 spots on street, some free and some with meter. There are 7-10 food choices in block for dining so it can be tiredsome to find parking but going during off peak times would help..

Burger 🍔 was GREAT! It is a hit when you take a bite, and immediately have to wipe your mouth 👄 from being so messy. Fries 🍟 we're NOT frozen. FINALLY a place that serves fresh fries. All in all Enjoyed and will def be back when in town. ❤️❤️

Everytime I come in this place the workers are always rude and non approachable. Just dry! Not sure if they speak English or not but it doesn’t matter bc a smile should always be on your face! I got the bacon cheeseburger (shown in the picture), its $8.49 frankly for the price I think it's pretty small especially since to get fries and a drink it's an extra 4.59. The burger itself had a really good flavor i just think it's way to pricey for such a small patty and so little bacon.

I normally go to this Mooyah during the week but we decided to go today ( Saturday). Came in the kiosk machine and the register was down so I had to make my order online no biggie. While waiting for our order I noticed one of the two guys there was confused about the order. What we later found out was our order was all messed up. We were short a burger and bacon and my wife didn't get her bean patty. They put on a regular beef patty for her order, she is vegetarian. What messed up our experience was the guy Alexx or Lois ( names from the cards left out) we asked about the freshness of the fries. One of the guys said it was made fresh this morning which was thirty-plus minutes ago. So my wife asked again if it was hot, with an attitude he threw the fries in the garbage and told the other guy to make some more. I thought I was watching an episode of the master chef. I understand you may be short and training an employee but please don't get mad because we want fresh hot fries.

I ordered a Quesonario burger and sweet potato fries. Food was prepared and presented well, but I just didn't think it had enough flavor. Sweet potato fries were excellent and I'm not a big fry person. The cleanliness of the order number card they give you looked like it was done before the pandemic.

I walked in the environment was great it’s just overly priced for you expect the fries don’t look like the fries on the wall which look 100 times better lol the service I hit when I walked in wasn’t that good no one greeted my family and I just felt like a number in this place although the music selection was excellent. I ate my burger within 3-5 mins of getting my food, I had to take the tomato off it was cut wayyyy too fat and short for me to eat it with my burger. The best part is I was willing to spend more money to get some shakes but THE SHAKE MACHINE WAS DOWN!!!!!!!! I thought it was called “MOO” YAH as in cow moo dairy milk moo????? Anyways spent $50 including a $7 tip on two burger meals and a hotdog and 2 chicken tender kids meal…… so $43 on food and drinks the kids chicken tenders were dry then to top it off the server who served us our food came to serve us someone else’s food after we already ate we told him it wasn’t ours and he recognized lol….Parking: 10-12 slots for the street on one side sharing other businesses as wellKid-friendliness: They had kids meals and cups also kids seats

The food was awesome! I loved their MDC burger it was really big and juicy, I also got a Hershey chocolate shake and it was really thick and taste amazing!! I would go back if I had the stomach but it was enough to fill me up and get me on my feet.

Stumbled across this place. Great find. Super friendly staff. Food was cooked fresh not pulled out of a warmer. The Diablo Burger hit the spot. Beef, bacon and heat! A definite must if you are in downtown Birmingham.

I wanted something different for lunch. My cousin has raved about Mooyah. So I tried it. Now it's lunch and I really didn't pay attention to pricing. When she said 17.67 for Burger fries(sweet potato) and a fountain drink, I almost called my cousin and cussed her out...lol. 😳 That is very pricey for lunch. Granted the Bacon Cheese Burger was good, but not 17.00 good. My take: Good Burger...Check the prices..Overall it was a good experience. Restaurant was clean Staff was friendly and fast. It wasn't crowded at all. Good Lunch but not for that price😘
