Update 2/1/2024 I don't want to keep doing this but it has to be told. I went in to get the double big mac meal and was little kid excited, at 50! I got it and came home and it looked like this. Middle bread on the bottom, bottom bread in the middle. I was trying to hold it because I know it'll slide apart but the bottom felt funny so I turned it over and there u go. Ughhhhh!Update: Asked my wife to pick me up something on her way home. She brought me a combo from here with my favorite Hi-C Orange drink! Man I hit the drink and it was strictly orange water! I was highly disappointed to say the least!!!My wife tried to treat me and this is what happened. Thanks RONALD for making me have to go into surgery for about 15 minutes to remove cheese. Next time I'll just eat cereal like I started too. Also had to warm up very cold unsalted fries. Took a shorter amount of time to pat out and make a daily hamburger from a 5 pound roll of beef all week. 😡😤👎🏼

Walked here from the hotel next door while staying in town for work and went inside and I got kicked out at 7:45 and was told that the lobby was closed. So I had to walk back to the hotel to drive my car through the drive thru to get my food. After I received my food I asked the gentleman at the window what time the lobby closed since it was before 8pm and he asked someone by the name of Angie and her only reply was ITS CLOSED. If I was more familiar with the area then I would have went somewhere else. She was very rude and no one there had any customer service. They all need to be fired because they are right next to a hotel full of professionals and labor workers. Why wouldn’t the lobby be open at least until 9pm. WHERES THE SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY!!!

We were about to dine in but literally there was no where clean to sit! No customers but lobby was filthy and employees were standing around! On top of that we waited about 10 mins for our food and husband sandwich was wrong and fries were cold! Won't be returning to this location

I usually eat at Chick fil A but since they are closed on Sundays I decided to stop by this McDonald’s for Lunch. I ordered a double quarter pounder fries and shake and everything came out pretty fast and my food was hot and delicious. My chocolate shake was perfect. The employees was dressed neat and uniform and they were very friendly. I will definitely give them 5 stars across the board and this is going to be my go to place to eat from now on.

McDonald’s Trussville Alabama 01-01-2021We stopped by through the drive thru to pick up a coffee, a milk shake and a small bite to eat. The girl taking our order was really helpful and patience.As we arrived the first window to pay, I was surprised to be greeted by a young man without a mask (see picture). We paid and proceeded to the second window. The woman, 'Kim' greeted us and handed us a bag with our food and shake. She had NO mask on and none in sight. Another employee joined her and she too did not have a mask on (see pictures). ‘Kim’ said she would be right back with our coffee. When she started to hand me my coffee she had a handful of Splenda and creamers. I stated 'it should have 1 Splenda and 4 creamer IN IT'. She replied 'we don’t add them in, you have to'. I paused, then took the coffee, Splenda and creamers from her. We set it down in the car and when I turned back, the window was closed. I waited for a few moments (holding up the line) and she finally returned to the window…. I was then able to ask for a stir stick. ‘Kim’ handed me one and I asked her 'excuse me, what is your name?’. She hesitated then said 'Kim'.We drove around the corner into a parking space and finished 'making' the coffee. The whole experience was kind of surreal. Between the positive greeting and order being taken, to the payment process and absence of wearing masks, then the whole interaction with 'Kim', I think we’ll avoid this McDonald’s location in the future.For the owner and franchise manager, if you post on the door that masks are required and don’t require wearing them by your employees, it’s rather hypocritical. If you post signage (see pictures) in your windows of the safety precautions you’re saying that you’re taking and blatantly not doing it, it does cause one to ask, 'what else are they not doing… if their ok with (not) doing this (i.e. wear a mask) in front of me?’ Just saying.

Went through the drive through, order two double cheeseburgers and a 20 piece nugget with only honey mustard for sauce, they gave me three creamy ranches,one honey mustard and gave me two single cheeseburgers instead of doubles and was told to pull forward before I was even done ordering! Usually I have pretty good experiences but this just blows my kind almost as if the person taking the order didn't care

I gave them 2 stars because they were better than 1. They always get my order right so that warrants 2 stars BUT if you order a large fry there's always a good chance they will short you on fries and only put about a medium worth in a large fry container. Also they will give you cold fries as well quite often. If not careful you'll drive away with unsalted fries too. The burgers are usually in good shape not too much to complain there. From time to time you will also order a large drink that comes and 4/5 of the way full. I know there's a machine that fills it up to 4/5 and its there job to top it off and they might be busy sometimes but I don't want to pay an extra dollar for the same amount of liquid I was getting in a medium. These may all seem like small things but one of these things happens every time I go. This is the closest McDonald's to my house but I believe in the future I will just drive elsewhere I'm giving up on this store. Quality control is an important part to running a business. I will attach a picture of this weeks version of a large fry. Half full waste of my upsize and money. Sad thing was I still had 3 fries at the bottom of my bag somehow when they didn't even fill the box up half way.Added thoughts some time later::They will almost always make your combos a large without you asking. They just charge you an extra dollar and pretend like that was the price. Also I asked for something without egg and cheese the other day and instead they rang up an entire combo's worth of food individually and tried to tell me that was the only way to do it. The cost was more than the sandwich with egg and cheese combo. They have since tried to do this every time I order now. Changing them to 1 star bc the service just really isn't great.

I placed an online order last night around 9pm. When I arrived I the drive the drive through, there were cars backed up passed the ordering station. When I pulled up the young lady stated “Hello we’re out of all fried products except for chicken fillets.” In disbelief I drove off to the gas station next door. I noticed my meal was already paid for so I drove back to have the order cancelled. There were no cars in the line and it’s about 9:21pm when I pulled up. The same young lady, this time asks for my order. Confused i state I have an online order snd was told to drive around to window 1. I asked the young lady why she told me, less than 5 mins ago, you were out of all fried products. She had a shocked looked on her face and stated she didn’t. After informing her I knew she was trying to turn customers away to lighten their work load she changed her story and said it was another employee.This isn’t cool. You’re wasting people’s time and money.

My first time at this McDonald's. I got the fish combo witch cost over 6.00. There wasn't enough ketchup to get rid of the most horrible fish taste out of my mouth. I threw the whole combo away. Thanks to McDonald's and crew I was out over 6.00 and my lunch was ruint so was my appatight. Never again...... Windy House.

Received sweet tea in the drive thru, instead of unsweetened tea, as I ordered. The drive-thru employee wanted to argue that it was definitely unsweetened. I am unable to have tea with sugar due to stomach surgery and diabetes. The employee handed me the same tea back, saying that was the only unsweetened they had. Another employee stepped in, which made me a different cup of tea, which was unsweetened. I thanked them. I appreciate the second employee who made me what I paid for. Some people do not need to be working the window.

Food was hot and fresh. But that could be because they had just switched over to lunch. Only reason for the 3 stars.Drink station was a mess. No ice in the ice machine. The lobby was dirty with flies flying around. Customers were having trouble finding seating. Bathroom was dirty. No paper towel. The staff seemed to be working hard so maybe it’s just staffing issues.

On the website this one is scheduled to close at 12 I ordered and it was accepted and said it was almost ready I pull in and a lot of lights are off there’s just a guy in the window playing on his phone and the manager sitting in her car and tells me I have to go through the app to cancel turns out you have to talk to the store to cancel and get your money back I pull up to the window just for the manager to see me but tell me to pull around and then she never comes out and I’m out here waiting til almost 1 am to the point I drive off because I waited for her to come out to talk about the issue that would’ve took 5 minutes for almost 2 hours and I’m never gonna get a refund because they don’t communicate
