Tried to purchase an order online picked everything paid for it got to finish line and couldn’t figure out “token of trust!” This is just a bit too much. Very frustrating and disappointing. I wanted to get my stuff delivered tomorrow and not have to drive downtown…UPDATE to my review…I was contacted by someone from the store who was so nice and helpful and walked me through the process! Got my order placed and please let me say this is a great store with very knowledgeable people! Thank you MCO!

This place is AWESOME they take care of you especially explaining the uses and finding what you need. We got it they have CDB oil for Dogs! It was truly a life saver the magic that made the difference in him eating a meal and not. Having rescued a German Shephard fusion. Been on chain so long swallowing issues ring worms, round worms and tape worms. We got him vetted quick he had never been. But his stomach don't think ever had real food and stress he wouldn't eat very good. This worked it has been a slow process to get him to eat gain weight and become healthy 3 months now. I don't think it would have happened anywhere near this fast without the help of Magic City CDB oil of dogs and some rotisserie chicken that I dapped it on cause to him the dropper looked like the medical stuff. he liked the people at the vet just not there tools. He tries to. So "Todd the Dog" is heathy and happy waiting on him Christmas toys thanks to Magic City Organics

Ann Marie has helped me out since I wasn't sure what was what at first. Her suggestions have been spot on to my needs all while showing a big smile you can see under her face mask. They have done a fabulous job building a trustworthy, helpful business with a wide variety of products for every need. I know when I get a product from MCO it is quality and can be trusted. My first visit here was awkward! I walked into the store, spoke to a lady with blondish golden hair and she looked at me and didn't say a word! I felt discombobulated because she spoke to everyone else but me! She didn't know me. So; I don't understand why she couldn't at least speak back! It was so weird that another customer noticed and spoke to me instead. Everyone else who was working in the store at the time was AMAZING and helpful. I truly hope there was some type of misunderstanding!

I LOVED the energy from the store. It's peaceful and calming. The employees are very knowledgeable of the products, which was very helpful. I knew what I needed the herbs to help with and they provided all the products. They are very professional and friendly. Both women have an inviting spirit. So far I am definitely enjoying the products. I can see a tremendous difference within myself. I also purchased non THC drops for my daughter's anxiety. She is doing SO much better!!
