Wife was craving loaded potato skins. Logan’s was only place near Trussville that served them. So we came. You never know what kind of service you might get here, sometimes great other times you just want to walk out.Today was a great experience!! Our server Ethan was on his third day and did an awesome job. Bartender made my Bloody Mary perfectly spicy as I like.Wife had potato skins (of course), then she had the country fried steak with extra mashed potatoes and baked beans. The fried steak was as tender as ground beef!! I had the surf and turf trio (6oz sirloin, grilled shrimp, and crab cakes. Everything was delicious.Thank you Ethan and good luck.

Food was mediocre. We went in when they opened. We were traveling through so we both went straight to the restroom. Neither restroom has been cleaned from the night before. Server was fine. My wife ordered a salad and it didn’t have any croutons so she asked and the server said they were out of croutons but she could get some cooked up in 15 minutes. Again they had just opened. Maybe cook them when that first salad got ordered so they man come out before the sales gets eaten. Also the silverware was awful.

Sat down, wasn't informed of any wait...place was not crowded. Ordered our meal (2 kids meals + 2 adult entrees) 45+ minutes later we are about to leave bc there is no one around . Server was more into joking and comic banter instead of getting our things and getting us out of here.I was looking for a manager. To ask for our check for what we ate but as I soon as I sat back down our food comes out lukewarm at best ....a table that came in after us, got there food at nearly the same time and one of the steaks were well done!!!! HOW?!?! My burger was the dryest I've ever tasted. The kids didn't eat their food bc it wasn't hot though we were told the kitchen was backed up (which SHOULD have meant hot food) ....so disappointed we wasted our time here. Should have listened to the reviews. Don't eat here.

Server was efficient but made unnecessary trips to provide items requested. (Brought the 3 beverages to the table, then made a separate trip with a single draft beer, when she could have put all 4 on the same tray. Condiments (ketchup , mayonnaise,& mustard) were in the fast food packets instead of a bottle, and A1, Heinz 57, were poured into portion cups & brought to the table uncovered. Our party of 3 was seated at a table large enough for 8 or 10 and the server sat everything down on the table as far away from us as possible.Parking: Adequate handicap parking in front of the entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible

Both hostess seemed like they didn't want to be there. The one we had didn't even say anything other than to follow her. There were no refills on our drinks. The waitress was saying mostly the right stuff, however she didn't sound like she meant it. My husband's broccoli, wasn't cooked All the way and looked like the cheese had been sitting on it for a while. My steak was okay. The employees at the front were talking, they did not acknowledge us. No bye , no nothing.

Me and my best friend decided to go here for dinner. Now I will say we did come an hour before closing and as a server myself I get frustrated when people do that. But we were planning to be in and out, it took 20 minutes for somebody to come to the host stand and that’s only cause I called the restaurant and told them to come to the front. I, as the customer shouldn’t have to tell you how to run a business. 6 servers walked past us while we were at the host stand, your job as a server is to not only serve the people at your table, but make sure everybody’s experience went well if you see it’s going bad. The fact that nobody did anything or told anybody to come to the front shows how this establishment is ran. We got to the table had a rude server, we got salad and bread before we got drinks, we had to ask somebody else to get our drinks. Brought out cold food and the food orders were wrong. It’s sad cause this is a regular place we attend and it’s getting worse every time we go. I’ve never had superb service let alone mediocre, i always have terrible experience which sucks cause i’m always craving the food. If you want good service just don’t bother coming here, cause if i had to deal with all that, I could’ve served myself to be honest.

Thank you for ignoring me and for only having 2 servers and after me telling you that I wanted some piece and quiet and asked for a booth you still asked if I would sit at the bar.I left as well as the customer before me and am now having dinner next door at Cajun Steamers where the food is absolutely AWESOME!So, thank you for ignoring me.

Ordered a medium rare steak with French fries during my lunch break at work. The food took over an hour to come to the table and my steak looked like someone took the sole off of a shoe and cooked it for 14 hours and a total of NINE French fries. It was 9:30 when we arrived and didn’t leave til after 11 pm even after telling the server we needed to go. When I complained about the steak she agreed that it looked awful and had the cook make another along with saying she’d have her manager take it off my bill (this never happened). Let me remind you it took over an hour for all 5 of our meals to be prepared however they had me this steak in less than 5 minutes? It was even pretty late and there were very few customers in this store. If I had to guess less than 10. After the fact my replacement steak STILL WAS NOT COOKED MEDIUM RARE. I took it with me and paid the TWENTY FOUR DOLLAR bill but will not be back.

Our waitress was so nice and understanding but she was the only good part of our experience. At first the steak was overcooked and then when we sent it back, it came back grey and slimy and inedible. My steak was also not seasoned and was soggy and cold. The table was sticky and dirty and not fit for somebody to be eating off of.

We went for dinner tonight. We were sat down right by the kitchen. The music from the kitchen was sooo loud. It also wasn’t appropriate music. It was so loud we got up and left. The hostess was nice. The waitress was nice. I called after we left to voice our concerns but was placed on hold for a manager for over 15 minutes. We won’t be back. We went to Longhorn instead.

Ordered take-out and while our dinners were okay, the yeast rolls were NOT baked!! They were nothing but dough balls. They were good after I put them in the oven though.

Sat at the bar you would think you will get more attention from the bartender but didn't I got all food from him We got our appetizer with the main course. didn't check to see if everything was okay but it was not I ordered the $30 prime rib and it was cold and bland taste and it was nobody that i had to complain to it because there was no bartender to be found.Looks like they have a lot of one star reviews and everybody got I'm sorryall I got was and I'm sorry and did not make up for my $30 prime rib

Bring your own croutons if you like them on your dinner salad because they always claim to be out. I guess they would go bankrupt if they baked more. Otherwise the salad was good. The teriyaki chicken with rice was great! The sweet potato was a nice size and was good. The steak was okay but not worth the price. Rolls and butter were good but not what they used to be. They could bake a bit longer. Used to be a signature item but not anymore. Diet Coke is the only diet drink, which I don't like.Kid-friendliness: The high chair had a safety belt that worked.

You know what I absolutely hate? When a restaurant sets up a virtual store on Uber eats to trick you into eating there. The prickly pear is tasty. The Ribeye was good, cooked exactly how I ordered it. But the reason for 3 stars, my companion ordered the chopped steak. It wasn't chopped at all, but a humongous 2 inch thick of steak, with no seasoning, no tastes, and tough as a tire. 🤣😅 Logans is going downhill.

You call this a bone in ribeye? I asked for Rare, ok fine but this is one of the worst steaks I've had. Isn't this supposed to be a steak house? No flavor, no passion, not good, only thing was good was rolled and baked potato -10 out of 10

My wife and I asked the host if we could sit in the sunlight. She’s pregnant and it was pretty chilly in there. When the host still put us in the shade, we moved one booth over, into the sunlight. I was planning on telling our waitress that my pregnant wife wanted to be warmer, and apologize for moving, but no one came to take our order. After that, all the waitresses avoided us. I made eye contact with them, as they chatted, but no one came to our table. It finally got to the point that my wife and I just left. She’d been craving rolls all day, so I guess to Texas Roadhouse we go.

ZERO STARS - Worst customer service we’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. We had arranged dinner with our friends, three couples, a party of six. The hostess sat two couples down at a table of four and told us that when the other couple arrived, they could move the adjacent table over and sit them, so we did. They took our drink order, about 5 minutes passed, and they told us we needed to separate the tables because it was a fire hazard. So we did. A table of six cleared up behind us, so we asked them to move us to that table. They said, ‘no, we can’t because another party is already reserved for that table.’ Total BS! We stayed in separate tables, three on one and three on the other, for about another hour, and the empty table of six was not even cleaned. No other party ever showed up.I tipped the waitress because it was not her fault that the manager was disrespectful with zero customer service skills. Bottom line, don’t eat at this place. The service is with an attitude, and the managers are rude with zero customer service skills. The beer we ordered had run out, and it took them ten minutes to tell us this, so we asked for bottles instead. The ladies ordered a bottle of wine, so they brought us an opened bottle!!! Who gets an un-corked bottle when a guest orders a bottle ? Logan’s does. The potato skins were flat and stale. Like if they were microwaved. Horrible. Never Ever Again !! Don’t let your friends eat here either.

It was terrible!! I've been here on numerous dinner dates, celebrations you name it mever had a problem until tonight. I had to ask the server if the cook was new and he said yes I said I can tell. This was my last visit to this location.
