This storage has been charging me for a vehicle that I stop storage at this location. I emailed a cancelation and even over 5 months ago. Now they are trying to scam me of funds of a vehicle they know is not at this istorage. Theyclaiming they have a lien on me for none payment of a vehicle they know is not at this address

I had valuable things stored into this place and I was robbed of everything. I spoke with another lady who was there the same day I was and the manager Jason had switched his stories up from what he told her vs what he told me. Then when I called the police there he told him a totally different story. They told me that it might be hard for me to file a claim because most of the things I had in there, I couldn’t find receipts for and serial numbers. The cameras do not work and they relocked my storage without me even knowing. I had to find out just on a random day my daughter wanted to get her shoes out of storage. I’m so mad and frustrated. I didn’t even bother to put the new lock on because they took EVERYTHING!!!

Since leaving a five star review in 2017, I am having to change my review. Less than one star if possible. Since Istorage took over this place, they have become cheating thieves! They will constantly go up on your bill until you pay more than your items are worth!! They also deny that they increase your rates and they manipulate reviews!! I stared out at $95.00 and now paying $302.02!!

Not a good place to rent from ,prices start off reasonable,but they up the prices at will seem, I don't think they camera work ,my unit was vandalize , but they don't know the exact date , don't do it rent from them.

I called this morning to pay my bill ms Mackenzie (not sure of the proper spell ring of her name) got very rude on the phone when I asked why my bill is higher than usual she mentioned an email I told her politely that I did not receive it and that’s when her attitude got out of hand. You should not work in the costumer service field if you do not know how to speak to your costumers!!!! I will not be storing there again and do not recommend anybody else to do so very unprofessional

This place will give you a great introductory rate, then they will increase your rates through the roof. I have had 6 huge increases in two and a half years! I'm paying triple what I started paying, yet they offer a unit the same sizes as mine, for a third of what I'm paying. There are other storage facilities around Birmingham that are better and don't have such shady business practices. This is a classic bait and switch tactic.

Made reservations on line. Arrived next day. Staff person on duty was slow to the point of being rude. Did not have a unit as reserved. Did not want to honor special discount offered on line. Can not recommend this location.
