This time I purchased a Metal Storage Buliding on a custom build. Easy process no pressure and delivered ahead of schedule. DELIVERY! Went perfect and the guys put it exactly where I wanted it by moving it 4 times till I was happy. Delivery guys were very fun, laid back and ENTERTAINING LOL. I AM 110% Happy with everything. Great customer service! Nick was very eager and willing to help and resolve issues I had on 2 different truck cap prop switches. Very quick minor issues to resolve, but he could have easily told me that I would have to get on the service schedule to get them looked at. He got the switches fixed for me and sent me on my way.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I purchased some new step bars for my truck from H&H Trussville and the process was very smooth. I came in and they started on my truck as soon as I came in the door! I was told that it’ll take a hour,but in about 45 minutes my truck was done. I HIGHLY recommend H&H Trussville for all your truck accessories. I’ll be taking my truck back in the next coming week to have a leveling kit installed

Stopped in there this am with a problem with a bed cover on a 94 Chevrolet pickup. Nick was great and had it fixed within 10 minutes. Very courteous and knowledgeable. This is what customer service should be.

H & H and their guys were great to deal with. Came in with a stuck bed cover and they found it was still locked in ice from the recent cold weather. They got me unstuck and then took the time to clean the rails and the cover itself before I left. I would highly recommend them for any of your accessory needs.

H&H is strong. I've enjoyed a bed cover on my GMC for a couple years; these guys did a fantastic job on the install. Recently, I needed a few wear and tear type repairs on it, and I stopped by to see if they could help. Nick, the manager, was super helpful and responsive. He personally made the repairs for me on the spot, free of charge! Hard to beat that; rarely find that kind of service these days. Highly recommend!

Nic and Kris were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased and had installed a truck cap so I can camp in the back of my truck. Nic even drilled holes on the inside latches for safety so I can secure them from the inside. I would definitely recommend this store.

I purchased a Leer camper shell in 2019, they installed, and I’ve had no problems. Toyota recalled the cab tail light and I had to remove the shell. I carried it back to H&H for them to adjust and reseal. Nothing but excellent service from start to finish.

I bought a carport from them a year or so ago & need to have it moved. I didn’t figure they were in the business of moving them but thought surely they had a recommendation on someone to move it to a new location. Never got a response from the email I sent. So I called today and Sean was nice, but you would think the size company they are they would support their customers with a recommendation on having it moved, but they don’t. I was told to google it! I won’t buy my next metal carport from them that’s for sure.

A 5-star deal beginning to end.We had a very specific need for an outdoor building and were able to find exactly what we wanted in a. Price range that was very reasonable.The quoting and customization process was very quick, turn around time was reasonable. And delivery was a breeze - we pointed and explained where we wanted it and he made it happen. The delivery guy showed up several hours earlier than scheduled - but I can’t count that as a negative.

Was in a bind needing a bed cover quick. Stopped by h&h in Trussville at almost closing time and Nick the manager went above and beyond to get me what I need at a great price!
