I never been to place where the entire staff was so rude and are genuinely upset because you ask questions about buying something! No one greets you, thanks you nothing and than there the fat guy who's been there for years that act like it's such and inconveniences to do anything! Beware of this place they're a reason they're review is 2.6

Rude staff, outrageous prices for guns, manager looked drunk/higher than the customers. Much better pawn shops in Birmingham. Talked to the owner after and was told the staff member was “Steve”. FYI this shop was featured on First 48 years ago, go figure.

Lowest pay out on any items compered to other pawn shops in the area, tired to sell them a lawn mower brand new was told 50 was the highest I can get, next day sold same lawn mower to quik pawn for 200, and they sold it the 2nd day 🤷🏽‍♂️

If I could give a zero i would. I went to the location twice to have the cashier play games and not only lowball me twice but changed his mind because I didn’t have the original remote, but a universal. Do not go to this merchant. Will not work in a fair manner.

He does not have a basic understanding of laptops. Also, terrible customer service. Smokes in the shop and the shop itself looks in very bad shape. I wouldn’t recommend a dog to even go to this establishment. Rude. Trashy and overall terrible experience. And this is coming from a woman who works on computers and knows there worth.

Same as most of the other reviews. The place is filthy and the employees are rude. In my personal experience, the employee I talked to (an old white man with glasses) gave me a quote for my computer with an obvious sense that he felt he was inconvenienced. I initially refused the offer, but I went outside to talk it over with my mother outside who talked me into selling it. I returned and he refused it after telling him I came back to sell it after all. He never explained when I asked, but I assume he thinks I stole it despite having no proof of such. Terrible store.

I've been to the store a total of two times, once a couple years ago and once last month. It's certainly not a pretty store by any means but it's okay and they had some cool stuff. The first time I was there a young man in his mid-twenties helped me and last month an older gentleman with white hair and a beard helped me. Both men were pleasant and personable. They explained everything and how they price items which I appreciated.

I came in about 15 mins before closing and one of the guys working ( short white guy with glasses). Disrespectful acted as I was inconveniencing him to do his job. Rolling his eyes and sighing extremely loud. Was turning down other customers as well and acting like we were just beneath him entirely. I normally wouldn't do this All all but the guy was very rude and shouldn't be working here.

Bought a good laptop there for way less than anywhere else and have had it for a year now. Staff were hilarious and reading these reviews about them is hilarious. Sorry if they wouldn't give you $40 for your VCR.

The staff is capable of performing basic functions: buying from you and selling to you, no more and no less.The merchandise ranges from complete junk to stuff that nobody actually buys from a pawn shop.The prices are standard for this sort of business. Some things are reasonable deals and some things are vastly overvalued. The bargains are few and far between. Those that do exist seem a little less interesting when you consider that you have no idea who owned the item before the pawn shop or where they got it.The inside of the store is filthy.The self identified "manager", the left handed guy who open carries (sigh) a Taurus (lol) Judge is rude and has no customer service skills beyond the ability to operate a cash register.It's obvious from my shopping experiences there that they don't care about earning your repeat business or forming a relationship with the customer. They just want what money they can get from you then and there.When you think "sketchy pawn shop", this is what should come into your head. Keep your expectations low, come prepared to leave empty handed, and you may just find something you like for a price that, at best, doesn't offend you.

Go right up the street to QUIK's and just avoid this run down shoppe and oft Ill Tempered atmosphere. This hole in the wall and their impetuous employees are simply NOT to be trusted. As well as Losing your pawned items (I once pawned a Nintendo 3DS - including a brand new charger which was gone when I went to buy back the items) I found some of their workers to be extremely unmannerly and terribly discourteous. On top of that I was never even given a replacement for that lost charger..

Customer service is awesome. Employees are very friendly and very knowledgeable about items sold in the store. Wide range of items. Firearms and all other merchandise are very reasonably priced. Layaway service is available.

Went in to pick up my item. The so-called manager got my licence n pistol permit .Ran copies of them n still sent my info to the f.b.I. So I'm looking at him like why .He claims he was talking to any employee about some that was irregular b.s .Then he says when I run your info.it will block my permit like I didn't even have one. All the while lookin at the copy of my two licenses. After I get my pawn.Never again with these guys .Totally unprofessional

My house burned to rubble and I had to leave work, I was completely broke and I went inside with a great flatscreen, they basically INSTANTLY said no in a nut shell, I definitely hate to be that person but race was definitely involved, I'll never go back nor help them with business such as spreading the word.

Brought some scrap gold by to see if it was real. The young man behind the counter looked at it and wrote it all off immediately without even testing it when I had sold the matching piece somewhere Before and despite the fact that the dental gold was real he wouldn't even test its quality and even said I hate dental gold. I'm a return customer and have done allot of business there and was treated with a lack of respect. I only went because they're open this late. I won't be back.

Worst experience, the employees are rude and disrespectful. They were to lazy to even test my product, the older white gentleman just kept complaining on how hes been trying to eat the same sandwich for 2 hours but couldn't because all these crazy people kept walking in. They are a JOKE!!

Probably one of the most unpleasant pawn shops I've ever dealt with. I try to avoid this place if at all possible. Quick pawn 3 minutes up the road is a way better experience.

Some of the sorriest most hateful employees who don't even offer to help you in assistance prices are way to high for the outdated junk I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go waste there time in this hell hole once again you have to find what it is your interested in you e gotta get they're lazy asses out of the chair and put the Cheetos Down which them even more of a dick towards you because they had to quit stuffing they're fat faces I will never waste my time in the hell hole again it needs shut down as nasty and the roof leaks are
