I go here and buy the day old bread for my cat fish pond .. My visit this time was not asenjoyable as it has been in previous visits. It seems they may be under new management or something and the prices are definitely going up.But it still a great deal.

Only person I seen was less than personable. Selection was decent but fairly expensive for items that were older and had less than perfect quality. I'll shop Publix and get their BOGO bread items and save money in the future.

Excellent service. Helpful staff. Very nice. Good price and wide selection of breads buns and, snacks They do have a handicapped parking and ramp available .my personal experience is that it is quite steep, awkward and difficult to use.Older facilities have often been retrofitted and comply with access rules to the best of their ability ,but that leaves wide variety of configurations. I would not try it with out assistance.

I want to flowers Bakery company/ Surplus bread store. I visited the location in Trussville Alabama yesterday, Pick up some loaves of bread, hot dog and hamburger buns. I like going to this particular place because it has affordable bread, hamburger buns and hot dog buns. I tried to make it my mission to go there if I'm on that side of town interest will not always but especially if I need some bread or anything like that. I always find it quick and convenient to go in there and purchase what I need a one with little no time wasted. Is always a pleasure will environment the people that work there are very nice an accommodating.

They doubled prices in one week. It is now cheaper to buy Natures Own bread at Aldi.Absolutely disgusting. The cost of the ingredients, overhead and labor did not double in one week.Greedy Bread should be the new name of Natures Own.

Stop by flowers bakery to pick up some hamburger buns. When in quick grab the bonds checked out and left quick. Although they didn't have a great variety of hamburger buns found what I needed anyway.

We love our little Flowers Bakery. It's a small little room with all the days left over beads at a great price. You can also pick up all kinds of snack called very cheap.

I normally don’t write reviews, however the service was SO bad and disgusting the BBB, google, yelp- all need to be informed. I have been going to the Flowers Baking of Birmingham Trussville location for a while. I believe change is great when it is done correctly. However the new cashier Terilyn (young white girl- not to be racist but to correctly identify her) is the farthest thing from being a correct change. I was placing my items on the counter, normally greeted by a hello, but this time I was greeted by the piece of bread that she was eating while bagging my food. Many things can go into the mouth (diseases, germs, I can only imagine as nasty as Terilyn was) Simply for sanitary purposes eating at a register is absolutely unacceptable. When I mentioned it she said she didn’t get a break and I needed to go to Walmart. It goes without saying that I can take my money else where, but Terilyn is not that smart because the consumers money makes her paycheck also. Common sense just isn’t so common any more.

There's a lot of white bread that's only 79¢. They also carry Dave's killer bread which is a definite plus. It's hands down the best bread ever.

I had never heard of the place, and it is difficult to see it unless you pass it by. I was shocked that it had all of the snack foods of my childhood and 99 cent bread. You can't beat that anywhere.
