Josh Cook was my Salesman and he was very professional and polite, I could not ask for anyone with a nicer attitude.The Guys that repaired my fence was Johnathan, Alfonso and Logan and these guys worked continuously until the job was finished and you could not ask for a better group of guys to complete a job than they did, very professional. If I should ever need any work done on my fence in the future, I will not hesitate to contact Fencing Unlimited.Also, I spoke to Loni and the owner Alex and both were very nice to me. Had 2 areas of chain link in need of repair (tree damage) along with adding 2 gates and re-imagining/positioning of existing aluminum. The crew from Fencing Unlimited did AMAZING work. Very pleased with all they did and would strongly recommend! Very professional and even overcame several hardships - rock, landscape, weather, etc - to complete the job. I’m revising my current review: Upon calling Fencing Unlimited recently, 2x in the past 2 weeks, I haven’t heard back from them. I was calling to have them do some additional work since they did a great job the first time. I had also recommended them to a neighbor...crickets on there end as well. Great work but poor customer service. Business must be good for them but they are losing current customers and more importantly, recommendations.Guys arrived early and worked diligently throughout the day! Constantly made sure we were ok with the design. Offered great suggestions when we were unsure of exactly what we wanted. Great manners and good attitude! Finished in a timely manner without sacrificing quality!!

These dudes are awesome. They were flexible with our schedule and once they got started, they were finished in no time! They were friendly and professional, and good at communicating. Their quote was slightly higher than a few other companies, but we got such a good feeling after meeting with them that we decided it would be worth it, and it was! Real nice guy, but do not pay them until all outstanding items are addressed and fixed first! I was not happy with how they did the gate (the latch directly on the house instead of on a post that goes through the ground, and leaving a gap between house/gate) so I reached out a couple times, but Alex said he’d come back to look at, etc. But I had already paid him the full amount, so, naturally, I never heard back again.But all the other parts of the fencing job they did was great, so who knows.

I contacted Alex at Fencing Unlimited because of damage to my aluminum fence by a neighbor’s car. The fence was originally installed by Fencing Unlimited, and due to the excellent service and quality I received, I didn’t hesitate to call them to repair my fence.Alex arranged for one of his employees to come out and do the repair on a Saturday. This was much quicker than I anticipated and really appreciated the effort.James arrived at early Saturday morning. He replaced 7 panels and six post that had been sheared off at the ground. James did an excellent job in repairing the fence, and was very meticulous when doing the repairs. Alex Harris and his crews from Fencing Unlimited did an awesome job on our new fence! Ours was a large project, with it being an 8 ft fence and a lot of ground to cover! Plus, it involved lighting along the fence, a new storage shed, and new gates. They worked diligently, starting at 7am sharp every morning, and getting everything just the way we wanted it. We LOVE our new fence, and I would highly recommend Fencing Unlimited!!!

Robert and Roland did a great job replacing my 30 year old fence. They just finished an I'm very happy with their work. It took them a little longer than they estimated, but it was worth the wait. I also changed the design a little bit on them at the last minute, so that contributed to the delay. I added some footage to the fence than we originally planned and Robert was very fair with the pricing. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Alex built a new wood privacy fence and covered deck for us. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process, from quote to build to outcome. He is very responsive throughout the process. On several occasions he made suggestions to provide what I had asked for in a more attractive or more cost effective way. When his team showed up to work - they were prompt and courteous. They kept their job site / our yard tidy. And they were done quickly. I would highly recommend Alex to for any deck/fence needs. We are asking him to come back to build a tree house for our boys. And it is my understanding that Alex is considering getting into more “home remodel” kind of work. When he does - he will be at the top of my list for any works we need done.

I called to get an estimate for my fence and they came out very quick and was very nice. We ended up letting them build our fence and it turned out great. Their workers were very nice as well. I would definitely recommend them for any type of wood fence. I really love that they used screws for the panel boards instead of nails. They also had the lowest price of all the estimates I received. Great Job! Thank you

Alex was referred to me for my privacy fence by a friend. Being hesitant to only go by that I shopped around most all fence companies in Birmingham. Alex was very easy to get ahold of and after a quick response scheduled a walk down and presented a reasonable quote. He was competitive with the Birmingham fence market. I decided to go with him and after a few weeks had him come out again for another look at some additions I had decided on. Alex and his crew showed up the next morning and in 2 days completely finished over 200ft of privacy fence. They did exceptional work and I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys came out and built me a wooden privacy fence, and its absolutely gorgeous!! They were so nice!They dealt with my dogs, as I had to let them out periodically, and pet and loved on them while working. it really is the little things.
