I am very particular about my Yorkie mix and fancy fur did a perfect job!!!! She looked perfect and the price was great too. The owner is very kind and they take extra precautions to ask about your dog and make sure they handle them well.

I had a very good experience having my dog groomed here! My dog looked great and the staff was friendly. My groomer listened to me and gave my dog the look I wanted. I LOVE that there is a drop off period (7am-12pm?) instead of having everyone show up at one time. I'll definitely return!

I just moved to Birmingham and was looking to get my dog groomed. A friend of mine suggested Fancy Fur and they did a wonderful job. She was happy and looked great. I was also behind and couldn't get off work at the time I wanted and they were so sweet to take care of her, took her out, and made sure she was ok instead of just sitting caged up all afternoon. The staff was very friendly and polite.

My poor Poodle mix had a terrible experience. They took all day to groom him. He was never let out for a potty break. They lied to us that he was taken out. When we picked him up he urinated all over himself. He was humiliated. Unbelievable.

You can tell that they really love animals at this place. Every time your pet gets groomed they get a treat and a report card on the way out. Their love for Animals is shown in the Precision of the grooming and the care that your animal will get. Wonderful place!

Had a horrible experience here...paid $160 for what I could have done at home...was charged a totally different price than what I was told on phone...was told $125 and when I picked up I had to pay $160 because they said they had to brush out mats...there were no mats on this dog, he is a show dog and I had just showed him the weekend before...took my own shampoo to use and it was returned to me with EXACTLY the same amount in it. They did not even use it unless they literally used one drop! Had to do all over again when I got home.
