Went in today, the slim black manager attitude was very nasty. I inquired about a price on rugs, her comment and demeanor was so nasty, I literally told her that attitude is always f up, nasty. She even made a comment about me not coming back. She was just mad because I called her out. She has even gotten smart and sarcastic with other customers but today she got the right one. Folks get sick of her attitude

I went into your family dollar located on 2157 Carson Rd, Birmingham, Alabama 35215, I was inquiring about the propane tank. When I asked the cashier about the price she was very professional, I let her know it showed a sale price of $50. She let me know Mr. Johnny (manager)will be out front to assist shortly, his immediate approach was rude stating “the sign I had up there fell off” I let him know that is not the customer issue or something we would automatically know. He stated “don’t get smart, you going to get it or not”….I replied with “let’s remain professional and to have a good day”! Customers aren’t always right but at some point your staff has to be accountable for their approach, especially in a leadership role. If the new price was not visible then he could have easily sold the product for the price shown.

Pretty good for some basics. They seem to try to carry a little of everything. Cashier was nice, and the guy stocking asked if I needed help when he noticed I was looking for something; pointed me right to it.

The lady over charged me for my purchase and called the manger up front she didn’t know what she was doing neither was she aware of the prices of the items in the store and while the manger was giving me my refund she went on to say she got plenty more money to use on the card ! First off it wasn’t her place to read my personal balance on my card that’s private I will not return poor management!

I usually have a good experience when I come here. Today not so great I actually left my items in the store and we t somewhere else to shop. If you work here and don’t want to work my suggestion is to stay at home or find another job. Bad experience today.

This location NEVER opens at 9am! I'm literally sitting in my car next to the employee.. She has the key because she's gone in several times BUT THE STORE IS STILL CLOSED..there have been at least 10 cars pull in and leave.. SHE HAS YET TO OPEN THE STORE

Sign on door says they close at 9 at 7 the doors were locked people were there. Parking lot had cars in it I guess they can just close whenever they want to
