Family Dollar Tarrant has been the nicest store I have had the pleasure of going into. It was clean, spacious aisles, and a variety of items. The most outstanding award of praise I would like boast about was the customer service of the cashiers. This young man was pleasant, courteous, and just positive all the way around. He was fast, attentive to what he was doing and bagged the items accordingly. Glad you hired him.

Store manager talking loud listening to gangster rap while eating in front of me. One employee followed me out to my car and asked if i wanted to buy some weed and perks.. Definitely wont return this store is extremely dangerous

went in to buy a couple gatorades with my ebt 2 weeks ago, and havent went back since. Today, these crooks done charged my ebt card $58.00. Can you say Investigation. We are getting to the bottom of this, but to let everyone know, dont go to this location unless you have cash. Warning comes before destruction!!!

I must be experiencing a different Family Dollar than those who are rating this store 5 stars. I won't say all I have seen in there, but it is a very dirty, and unkempt store. The current manager has to only be there for a paycheck. When it first opened, the guy who ran that store would get rid of anyone who had nasty attitudes, and he kept that store clean and looking good. This new manager, not a chance. It is nothing to be making a purchase and the cashiers are on the phones arguing with their boyfriends. There is another Family Dollar down the road and I will pass this one to instead shop at that one. Family Dollar places these stores in mostly black neighborhoods, and does just enough, which is deplorable. I should never go in a store where I am purchasing any foodstuffs and see rodents running across the floor. Let me be clear however, there are one or two of the young ladies on staff there who do all they can to make this store better, but they are not manager, so they can only do so much. I hate to be critical, but FD should be ashamed of themselves to allow these stores to be ran as such.

Female employees working today are very rude, ghetto acting and playing around in the store. Stood at the register for 10 with them playing and gossiping on the ails. Once they finally came up she went to the register where a person just walked up to and checked them out and then replied to come over to her register, which they both seemed to be open. Hhmm maybe it was because i had a biracial child with me....FYI THIS WASN'T THE FIRST TIME....

Store is messy. Cashiers slow. Loud gangsta rap music was playing last time I went there. I am not against gangsta rap music but I would rather not listen to it while I decide which kitty litter I should buy. Won't be back here.
