I'm not sure if the words I want to say will get through the filter. But believe me when I say that this is literally the worst store I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. The older black lady working right before closing time was extremely rude, vulgar, and all around one of the slimiest Peron I've ever met. She started kicking people out of the store 20 minutes before actual closing time. She was rude to me the second I walked in and kept making nasty comments about me as I shopped. Was cussing up a storm the entire time. She had the audacity to say I tried to steal something when that minimum wage earning plebian's brain forgot to remove the tag of an outfit I bought my little boy. That's laughable, I make more in a month than she makes the entire year there. I will be calling tomorrow to speak with the manager and I hope to God it wasn't her. Do not waste your time, money, or sanity going in there even if you have no choice. Drive an hour further if you must. Too bad there isn't an option for negative stars, because that woman doesn't deserve any at all. She's forever ruined family dollar for me. They should change the name to ghetto dollar.

There was nothing on the shelves. Boxes everywhere, up and down the aisle. They really need some help in that store. This was in the food section. But the customer service when time to check out was good.

This store does not deserve ONE star and needs to be shut down, revamped and opened again.This has to be the worst Family Dollar store ever.Every time you come to the store for some reason or another the store is closed. Today it was because of flooding, last week the system was down, also in the same week, they had no ac so they couldn't operate. I have no idea how the company makes money as much as they are closed. And we won't even begin to discuss the attitude when or IF you ask wheresomething is located due to everything being thrown here and there or on the floor. I can't understand how a brand new storecan look as if it was converted from a trash can and smell even worse at times.

I have to admit; I usually do not shop at Family Dollar , but I have frequently visited this location in Roebuck on Hwy 11 several times on my way to work. The staff is always very helpful as they navigate the amount of customers that visit this location. They are not idle either. They have their hand on something, and they continuously move with a sense of urgency. It is refreshing to see. They have good deals on some items, but others are either the same or more expensive than other stores. In their inventory are items that you can't find anywhere, and that is one of the strongest selling points to Family Dollar. Thank you for your hard work.

This store is terrible. They are closed often at times it says it should be opened. The store is never stocked and is in total disarray, also beware the prices on the shelves are not what you will pay. The staff is terrible and not willing to help or even be polite. We will not be going to this store anymore and driving further to shop.

My wife and I went to this location tonight to get a few things we needed for my elderly father. I knew it was close to closing time so we were really rushing. I parked and ran to the door and was met by an employee holding the door shut and shaking their head no. I looked at the closing time on the sign on the door, it said 9 pm. I checked my phone, it said 8:55. I told the employee that it was not yet 9 and I would take less than 1 minute to get what I needed and they said no. When I got back in my truck I asked my wife what time her phone said, just in case mine might be wrong. Which it shouldn't be because the clock is automatically set over the internet, but her phone said 8:55 as well. It was very aggravating for them to have closed early when we drove there specifically to get a few items.

I was next in line while there was a long line behind me when I approached the register the Black manager said to me he's was closed .I nicely asked him why he got very irate and told me it was none of my business. Then he started to check me out and ringing up items and throwing them into my cart .I asked to speak to the Manager he said he was the manager. This was no way to treat a customer .I will not ever go back into this store. Several people behind me walked out also. He needs to be fired I'm still reporting him to corporate I know his name.

It's my first time coming to this location and it was very pleasant. I enjoyed my look around and they had what I was looking for. Customer service was good, shelves well stocked and store was clean. Will be back.

The black lady manager is not a people person at all. Her demeanor is off putting,and her attitude is very short. The other employees are great. I just don't know what her problem is.. she acts like she doesn't want to be a work. Just a warning before you go in there. If it wasn't for her I would give store a 5.

I waited over 5 minutes for a cashier to come to the front. When he finally did come, he was very rude. He did not speak and just stood at the other register even though it appeared closed. When I spoke, he rolled his eyes. He did not appear to want to be employed by this company. This was a terrible experience.

Overall bad experience. Cashier double charged me an item. Argued with me about it. Printed the receipt and noted he double charged me. Gave me my money back but was unprofessional and on his cellphone during the transaction. Won't be back. Don't recommend this store at all

This store is never OPEN !!!!! Employees are always iINSIDE!!! I’m sure they are getting paid to be INSIDE!!! Internet says they are OPEN !!!! but they are ALWAYS CLOSED !!!!! So I think it’s best to PERMANENTLY CLOSE!!!!!! Take them off the schedule !!!take the signs down !!!and put the building up for sale to some one who will actually be OPEN to customers !!!thanks in advance

Chances are about 50-50 that you will show up during normal business hours and find the doors locked and a sign saying they are "Temporarily Closed"
