Was not satisfied I got some TV dinners and is in the owl say 545 but they rung up a dollar and fifty apiece so I question your tender battle and the only thing she can say only a dollar fifty they just put it in the wrong place so I feel like I should have paid what it said the five for five it's not my fault

This store is just plain trash. No workers, at least not professional ones. Always opening late and closing early. Store never stocked properly most items just thrown on the shelves. Then when you dispute the amount and show them WHERE it is clearly mislabeled. They all argue with you and refuse to match the price!! I only go here when it's a last resort,but now I think I will just drive out my way to a walmart. Negative 5 stars!

The Family Dollar in North bham made me walk out of the store..the cashier could not get her register to work and the one who came over to assist her could not get it to work either and they both tried but were unsuccessful... I waited for over twenty minutes finally they wanted me to go to the cashier after they waited on the customers in that line so l left. it was hot and even hotter with the mask and as l am a diabetic l had to leave....

Very unprofessional!!This store is almost worse than the one on 1st in Woodlawn by the tire shop.The workers here are sorry very sorry and rude.The store always opens late .The sign and online says they open at 8am it’s 8:30 and the doors are still locked .Some ppl have work .They don’t care about no one but themselves.I came here because gma is in the hospital and she needed a couple of items before I went to work ,this is very unacceptable.They might as well close

Went in to return a can opener that I bought & ended up returning it for a refund!! Only reason I did return it is because I found one at Walmart on sale for $5.00... The one from Family Dollar was $10.00... I really need one & didn't want to lose out on my $10.00 so I took it back & basically paid half price for one. But I had 0 problems with the return & will most definitely shop at this location again!!!

Very friendly helpful employees. Was my first visit and not the closest to me, but nice variety and good employee make it worth driving out of the way to go back.

I go a lot. it is very close to where I work. Some employees are friendlier than others, the store could use some organizing. But, it can't be to bad like I said, I go a lot :)

Not many register were open, but the one that was open the manager was the cashier. He was very friendly and super sweet. Great job.
