Stopped here to get windshield washer fluid after my warning light came on. I couldn't find where to pour it in even with the owners manual in hand. The young lady clerk came out to see if she could help and couldn't. But she called a friend who drove to the Family Dollar and showed me where it should be located but the reservoir had broken off and he advised me to go to an independent mechanic to get new one since dealers would charge an arm and leg. Also other customers had tried to help to no avail. All the people around were so nice. It is good to see people caring about one another. Will return again when in area just to give them my business.

The manager at this location 6629 1st Avenue North Birmingham, AL35212 is very rude, unprofessional. I understand that the stores are short of workers and for their security purpose to let the DM know about it. The manager locked the door while I was standing there, instead of him explaining to me what was going on, he gave me a high five and walked to back. When I called the store he got SMART with me. They need to CLOSE ALL OF THEM DOWN!!!!. The shelves are never STOCKED!!

Very terrible looking store! They don’t even have a public restroom. The store isn’t the standards that I know family dollar created the company on. Who ever the district manager and the individual over operation. Should be ashamed of this store.By the way, Here is the reason that they don’t have a public restroom.Come on! How hard is it to get your store in order?

This store is horrible. People very rude. My husband bought a box of chocolate covered cherries that were spoiled or something. He took them back. They gave him another box that was also spoiled. Then refused to give him his money back. Said he had tip take it up with the boss in the morning. They were laughing at him.

I always enjoy going to get supplies at family dollar but this time the manager was not polite i had to speak to him and even then he was hesitant but the cashier was professional
