This was my very first visit at this location. Overall the store was ok. The merchandise was not placed on the shelf but I was able to manage to get the items I came for. The Clerk and the Manager had very pleasant attitudes. Providing the location of this store. May God Bless them.

I live in Fairfield Al. And I am happy to see Family Dollar open for good. It is clean and nice,, with enough employees to take care of all. Thanks 😊

This is the closest family dollar store near my home and I can't even shop here because the debit machine is not working which it's been approximately two months now. This is a serious problem because most people use their debit cards and a lot of people are members of the smart spin club such as myself which you have to input your phone number in order to receive your coupons that you've clipped and some earned by free spins!!! By the machine being down this is not possible. I spend$50 plus dollars a week in Family Dollar and I want to use my coupons. This really is an outrage how corporate the district manager or whomever has let this problem linger so long. I spent almost$80 yesterday and the cashier was really sweet because she manually gave me the smart spin coupons but the rude store manager gets upset because it was a long line behind me. How about you get on the other register and take care of the guests because I wanted my coupons and she was only doing her job... The nerve of her. Take that anger and frustration out on corporate or whomever is responsible for taking care of this issue. You're already losing money don't due to something you can't control but don't lose more customers because of your terrible attitude. Overall I love family Dollar but this one is horrible 😢

Family dollar in midfield it ran by base heads u go in there with something cost a dollar those base heads will charge you a $1.25 they have it up there as plains as day an dollar but when you get ready paid for it they remember the price isn't right on there but when u getIt looks like a bunches crack head working my advice if u want get rip off then go in thereo

Just left here tonight @ 930. There is a young lady with locks running the register and another young slim man working tonight. I have NEVER came across two family dollar employees that were more pleasant and helpful and just doggone happy than these two. The young man was opening the door for customers and asking if they needed assistance while in the store. He even watched customers to their cars to be sure they made it safely which is a big thing as this area has had an big increase in crime lately. Let me not forget about the cashier, she was very talkative and interactive woth the customers and coworkers. It just seem like these had some kind of joy on them. I hate i didn't think to get their names so that i could at least email the company or something. I had to post this because a lot of times, people dont leave reviews until something goes wrong but today everything was better than right.

This Family Dollar is the worst one yet! Why you ask, I glad you did. It’s dirty no let me correct myself it’s filthy and the ladies that work there attitude match where they work. Directors, General Management please come get this store back on track. I will not visit this store in Midfield, Alabama again.

Isles blocked by large pallets of merchandise at every turn, couldn't get my cart up or down isles, shelves not neat, one store employee screaming directions to another. Very unprofessional. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all.

This store is always closed now. Its looks open from the parking lot, but There's no sign of the door just regular/normal business hours. They could at least place their updated info or notify the public or changes to hrs of operations.
