It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't leave their overstocked merchandise all over the floor .. it's hard to walk through the store and shop because of all the boxes .. and the recording going off every minute or two saying that the property is being monitored for our Safety and Security .. really! It's just a nuisance and does nothing to make me feel safe or secured in their store

Closing hours show 10 pm. I arrived at 9:24pm. There is a guy in a vehicle, who I assume is waiting on an employee, telling the customers that the store is closed at they approach the door. All the loghts were on and I saw an employee behind the register but i left anyway. So inconvenient though .

The store was open today after two months I only hope they can open up the store every day instead of one day out of the month if something can be done with management it would be a great store

I liked the customer service. 😁 There happened to be an itty bitty malfunction with one of the cash registers, and one one the employees were trying to fix it in a hurry. Another lady (who I presumed to be the manager), decided out of the kindness of her heart, to help me and my mother check out on one of the working resigerters at the moment.Again as I stated before, great customer service. If she wasn't the manager, then she should be. Wow, imagine how nice the actually manager is to have such great employees with manners, and make you feel at home talking with family friends!!!Truely professional. Great JOB Family Dollar!!!!! 👍👊👏😁!!!

Pregnant manager nasty attitude, with or without carrying the seed of damon, they stealing, she open every other hour, she stay longer on pay day. Close it down and deny unemployment.

The store does not have any shopping baskets. There is only one cashier most of the time causing long wait periods. This is very inconsiderate of whomever is in charge. These type of issues are mainly seen in black neighborhoods. We need to improve this matter.

Waited in line 10 to 15 minutes before receiving service. Only one register open. Another cashier standing to the side, could have help cashier bagged as she rung up customers. If I didn't need items for a 7:30 am gathering the next morning, I would have lefted items on a shelf.

Great place to shop for in and out accessories and clothing. Only setbacks are 1. They have no buggies/carts because people steal them 2. Not a large selection of daily use items.

I wish I can give it to zero Stars this store is the absolute worst store ever and Family Dollars history this store is never open it's always closed even do it early afternoon they are closed something needs to be done immediately about this store because this store is down the street from numerous neighborhoods and no one can never shop there because the employees are so sorry and lazy they don't want to open the doors

Place always seems to have stuff in the aisle. Lines are ridiculously long. You would think its easy to pop in a dollar store for a quick run but be prepared to stand in long lines.

Hard to go down the isles. They were blocked by so many boxes. Cashier works entirely too slow.

Don't expect a receipt for anything. Don't expect to be able to get cash back and don't expect to get anything resolved with corporate. They have a trick/run around web form for questions you want a response to. Very unprofessional! Very disappointing!
