Wow..I walked in and thought I had portaled to another dimension. You see the shelves were full. Product in every department. Clean. Organized..Who allowed this in a Dollar Tree? Why can't the location closest to home do this??It was a pleasure, in and out. No delays..Loved it all.Congratulations, Dollar Tree. This is how you do it.

This is one of my favorite stores. Always clean , they don't allow lines to get ridiculous and as close to the new Dollar Tree Plus as we are probably going to get

Disappointed that since they have the self checkout, that's what customers are directed to do now!! Pay .25 more and checking yourself out, while being watched with suspicion does not make it a pleasant shopping experience. Dollar Tree use to be a relaxing place to spend time and money. Now it's as bad as Walmart!

I wish I could give it negative 0 stars but I can't. My friend and I were in there trying to get some groceries and there were 4 employees standing around. We asked if there was a register open and they said "no you got to do self checkout, it's open" and then they stood there and laughed with each other because we were having issues with self check. They never did come help so we just left our groceries and walked out. Sorry, rude service. Do NOT go there.

I made a quick run to Dollar Tree to get my kid sisters some treats and wanted to just drop this here;Jeremiah is an exceptional employee with a drive to go above and beyond. I couldn't find the cotton candy and was just going to go without but he could tell I was looking for something(I must have looked lost😂) and he immediately took action.I don't typically leave a lot of reviews, but I love to let people know their hard work is absolutely appreciated.

I bought 6 picture frames from the location in crestwood in Birmingham al but it didn’t fit my pictures so I took them back for refund well I couldn’t get a refund because they only exchanges I was cool with but 2 was opened so she said well she couldn’t exchange those abs only let me exchange 4 only the plastic was off the mgr And cashier had a nasty attitude during the process I would never refer anyone to shop there it wasn’t about the exchanges it’s was the attitude problems as if they were the owners of the store whoever the distric mgr please fix your customer service issues it will cost problems later on down the line

A hot, stinking, UNMANAGED MESS: They have 1 cashier on a register. They have ONE card-only self-checkout but it stands behind the ONE cash-only self checkout, so when they have TWO people in line for the cash only machine no one can get to the credit only machine. And apparently no staff knows how to fix the machines because not 1 tried when a customer reported the card only self checkout was down. And the 1 human cashier shut down 10 minutes before the relieving cashier opened.

I agree with all negative reviews of this store. My husband and I just left and service was awful! Hardly any things on shelves. But the worst part was my 76 year old husband (who is hard of hearing and has carpal tunnel in his hands) was NOT greeted at register. He asked her to repeat his total which infuriated the cashier. While trying to pay the .50 change of two quarters they fell on conveyor belt and she began saying he was RUDE, repeating it 6 times and when I walked over I asked what had happened and she said because his color was white and she wasn't that's why he THREW the money at her! I politely asked to speak to management and she refused and stated heranager would tell me the same thing! I politely told her to have better and blessed day because she definitely needed Gods blessing... And mediately went to car and posted this review! I too work retail and I WOULD NEVER HAVE THE GALL TO SAY SOMETHING TO A CUSTOMER LIKE SHE DID! None of the employees had masks or gloves and the store was VERY DIRTY!

Cashiers are usually always nice, the bathroom was horrible. Would be nice to see a bit of fresh paint and new fixtures. They do a decent job of keeping it tidy but it is just an older store and it feels like it.

Hey, it is a freakin dollar store! What could be wrong with that? This particular location usually has more than the other stores in the Dollar Tree chain. And for the most part the crew at this location always keeps things neat and clean as well as stocked with merchandise. Go, you will love it and save some money in the process.

I call this location Super Dollar Tree. You know, like Super Walmart...Super Target? This Dollar Tree is the best one in the city, in my opinion. There is more room to shop here, you can find most anything you're looking for, the staff is helpful and....for the win- everything is $1.00! What's not to love about the Dollar Tree? Oh yeah...the wait time in line. Sometimes it's a little long. But a quick 'code 99' over the intercom fixes that most of the time. One star deduction due to wait time earns this location a solid 4 star rating.

Love Dollar Tree! Every one of them I have been in has so much great stuff. I live their version of Pedialyte. Also their brand of nail polish remover, acetone, office supplies, sandwich bags (snack, regular, quart or gallon) have all done well. They also sell TGIF potato skin chips, name brand chocolates, cleaners and candies. Found Muscle Milk bars a few times.

I work there overnight and when I tell you it is so very hot 🔥 🔥 🔥There isn't even a thermostat in the store. Its controlled elsewhere. I bet they're probably home now comfortable in their bed after they preset the a.c. on burn the employees up! I'm here now sweating like crazy. Somebody help!!!!

It's a good store with less traffic during the day...they don't carry every product like you'd see in bigger stores, however there are specific products available there (eggs, toiletries, detergents and stationeries) for a dollar...you can't beat that.

I went to this Dollar Tree along with my cousin.The manager followed me around like I stole something. Oh by the way both of us are African-American, so if you are Black do not go to this store. Especially after 4PM, when I usually go to this store nobody followed me around. And they greeted me, we came in that day. We were being followed like we stole something. I guess all Blacks steal in that store. And I have the receipt and a witness, because the same man was following her. Racist BASTARD!!! I am going to do my best to discredit Dollar Tree at that location.

I love this store it's large and they have a pretty good selection, the staff is friendly and helpful, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because yesterday 6/19 I went at 840 and the doors were locked when the sign said they closed at 9, I wasted my gas

I really enjoy the store. It always has all the items I need and the atmosphere is always good. The store is always clean and the personnel is always polite, friendly and helpful.
