This particular Dollar Tree was very stocked, clean and the employees were hospitable and helpfulFor the past few months, it has been hard to find a Dollar Tree that was stocked, usually bare shelves, and very rude employees. Not just in Alabama but in Memphis too 😮‍💨This was a VERY nice change to the past few months, a breath of fresh air if you will.I stop in regularly to Dollar Tree for Pumpkin Seeds, which all of them regularly have, except lately. This one had a plethora of them I was so taken back by the stocked shelves, I ended up spending $30 more than I anticipated. I got so used to the Dollar stores not having much that I usually just went to regular grocery store.Thank you for a very pleasant experience, and the Pumpkin Seeds

Very good prices. Not enough clerks when many people are sticking the shelves. Nevertheless, only place around that I found to have the 23 ounce cans of cat food as opposed to the smaller cans. Cashier was nice and courteous

I was really reluctant about stopping, for one, I figured they would be be crowded, empty shelves etc but I stopped anyway for snacks! unfortunately this visit...not goodOnly 1 register open the line was to the end of the store isle lots of items not yet stocked it was hot as hell in there...omg I can't do it there again. Honestly they were doing the best they could, but folks I tell YOU they have got to get better pay (I guess) some organization of some kind to keep employees motivated so that they will care enough about their jobs!!! If YOU managers out there need assistance with this...I can help!!

I visited this store often. I can get cleaning products ,snacks, make up and all kinds of things just for a dollar. Right now I am on the keto diet and they have skins for $1.00.😁. If you have $50 you and get 50 or more items. The only thing I don't like about this store is that it is so junkie and disorganized. There are boxes in the isles and a lot of the merchandise is not on the shelves. Also, whenever I go there are always long check out isles. I attribute this to poor management because I have visited other Dollar Tree stores in different neighborhoods and they are neat clean and well-organized. Most of the time when I can't find what I'm looking for in this store I go to different neighborhoods near my residence and find the merchandise I'm looking for. My local store probably has the merchandise but they haven't put it on the floor or haven't taken it out of the boxes. Hope thinks get better. It used to be better.

Store was somewhat clean, offered a nice variety of items, and the staff was very kind. Checkout wait time was minimal considering how busy the store became. Aisles were stocked neatly and clean and so was the floor with the exception of a few minor areas. The store also has a big freezer/refrigerator section with some name brand items found in the larger supermarkets.

I’m literally standing in line writing this. Worst customer service ever. The cashier had an attitude, didn’t want to answer the basic questions about the balloons. Any other dollar tree will fill up your balloon and charge you except for this one. They had their own balloons that they refused to fill up. This has been the worst experience ever. It for to the point where I just said forget and started looking for alternatives. The balloons we had to get did not go with the decor we had planned, because of laziness. Just disgusting all around.

This location seems to be doing better lately. Most of the cashier's are friendly, the store is cleaner, and it's been better stocked. They even have had items that I couldn't find at other DT. Oh! And it's pouring down rain, has been for days. And NO leaks, buckets in the aisles or wet spots on the floor. I'm not sure if it's new MGMT, new employees, or what the difference is. But it's noticeable and hopefully will continue!

Not one of their better stores. Could use a good cleaning and organizing. Not to mention the employees need to brush up on proper manners and basic all around decency. I'm 41y/o and one treated me like I was 10. It really upset me, more than I expected. So in the end, I won't be returning...EVER!!!

Cleaner than most dollar tree stores..And I've been to a LOT,Always stocked and easy to move around ..no unopened boxes of product blocking aisles. Staff are helpful, friendly, if spoken to first. Hard to say anything bad bout Dollar Tree..I mean, COMON it's a literal life saver, food wise.

There is ALWAYS only 1 register open and when you ask is there any help to open more registers they say, "They can see the line is halfway down the aisle" Hell, Stevie Wonder can see the line is halfway down the aisle. Where are the managers and cashiers? This is all the time! Is it going to kill you to overhead page for some help?

Nothing like blowing your entire check in $1.25 increments! LOL. Center point store is twice as big and nice but roebuck is alright too.

I will say the people are kind. Pleasent envirment. Only thing shelves need stocking better. Never find too many things but it is a busy store so that might be the problem it still is a good place to shop.

I gave 3 stars because although I found every thing rather quickly I was the 8th one in line because there was only one cashier. She also had to blow up balloons.

This place needs to be cleaned up am sure ya'll can hire someone to come in and put things back on the shelf clean up the floors I rarely go to this store I usually go to Cresswood store it's cleaner.
