Terrible.... Everytime i take my mother to this store they never have anything on the selves they have everything in boxes all in the alies. My 64 year old mother tripped over several things yesterday and we had to get the only thing they had in stock which was on the top selve. Could not get help. So nasty...only one register open despite several employees being there with no one doing anything except the cashier. There was a man clearly intoxicated nodded out in frontof the store as we went in and asking customers for money when we came out following people to there cars and they did nothing. Its the worst dollar general I've ever been to the only reason i give it one star is bc you have to in order to give a review...

Store is always “under construction” boxes and racks in the aisle. Lines are ridiculously long and they don’t usually have most of the things on the app coupon list. It’s the closest one to me but always disappoints. Staff is friendly and usually accommodating.

This location can be what I call a dice roll.. Sometimes the employees are helpful other times I feel as if they have no desire to be there and I am a bother..unfortunately this night I wish the staff had been more customer service oriented...because I was in there forever trying to find where items had been moved to and finally got a few things but not everything I really needed, it appeared to me they just wanted to stand and register and scan..but its close to home so I will be back

I like Dollar General stores, but this one is lower quality than most. It seems small, cramped and not well maintained. It may not always be the case, but in my visits, the employees weren't very friendly or helpful. The checkout process often exceeding slow. The good thing about Dollar Generals is they're everywhere. I like the Pinson store much more.

Completely nasty store and rude employees, if you keep your business nasty and with employees that do not have good attitudes towards their customers then you need to close or restructure your business.

Everytime I shop at this particular dollar general the store Manager has an attitude with me whenever I ask for service as a customer about products. Some of the cashier's as well. Not good leadership. As of today, I purchased items, the store was not busy, the manager was in the front and she said to go to the other register(as if she was talking to a child) (or one of her workers) then said nevermind..a cashier came to ring me up and I left my bag after purchasing my items in front of the manager and cashier..when i left the store the manager was looking at me and didn't say a thing about my bag neither the cashier..I came back to the store and asked the manager and cashier their names and store number and they were rude and got an attitude. This was centerpoint dollar general store 8853..7/6/2018 The manager said her name was Dee. Cashier Lativia. No one had name tags. Around 12:00pm. I have this problem everytime with the same location and same manager!

This place is always crowded is boxes everywhere I don't know if they have don't have enough space or they just ordered too much products. All the karts have merchandise in it old merchandise one cashier 2530 people in line

This is one of my favorite Dollar General because the workers here are always willing to help their customers. Unfortunately that can't be said about all of the DG's in this area.

I love buying lunch for a couple of days
