Cashier didn't greet people when they walked in door. Was too busy flirting with the men in store to be courteous or even respond when asked how she was. Poor customer service and the outside of the store is dark except for the sign outside. Not the worst experience but I won't be going back for a long time.

Store has been remodeled and now things are better arranged. Wider aisles....yesz. Checking out is faster; however, the strangers randomly asking for money outside is a downside. I have found myself avoiding this store for this very reason. Customer safety should be a concern.

This isn't the store that I usually go to, but it was late and it was on my way home. The shelves we're really empty and I didn't purchase everything that I needed because I just didn't feel good about the store, where I parked and all of my surroundings. Didn't feel welcomed and I couldn't wait to leave. So I just bought a can of dog food and left. I truly didn't like this store that I even through the dog food away cause I didn't want my dog to get sick.

I go for Dollar General's SOBISK Breakfast Biscuits; cinnamon and brown sugar flavor. They are delicious !

Cool experience, not so clean. Only because things need to be shelved. Nice staff 👍 They were all busy close by watching and shocking until someone was ready to check out. They hold conversations too.

Found every thing on my list and more! Great seeing Dominque a senior from Carver High School on the cash register. Very pleasant, professional in checking customers out and assisting customer find item. Getting in and out in a timely manner. Need more variety in cards, Thank You. Now to download app.

How can a store advertise they are open till 9pm but close early because they have to clean up? That's not how it works. If I refused service to people at my job during the hours of operation I would be fired. You stay open during the hours posted and do your closing duties between helping guess and after the store officially closes . If this was an isolated incident, I wouldn't worry but this is the third time I've tried going here (closest one a bus) where THE SAME GIRL has refused to serve guests during business hours .The GM and corporate will hear about this.

Not sure which DG I was at...if it was the one in Chalkville I was in line for 20 minutes and the person who checked me out was rude. If this review was for the DG in Hayden I NEVER have a bad experience. Now they are smaller than some, but the employees there especially Lisa the new manager are helpful and great..they will stop and help me with anything I need.

Very unorganized, overcrowded and the restrooms were very nasty. The store management is not efficient, they had sale tags posted that had expired 4days prior. When checking out, I brought it to the managers attention and his only response was " I told my "employees" to do it and I guess they just didnt..when I walk the stores in the morning (from the looks of it, im sure he doesnt) I didn't notice it because it's their responsibility to take them down, I didn't think nothing about it..."

The stores are crowded with stuff. A lot of stuff in a small space. Prices are ok, sometimes pricey, but it's close than other stores, so there are days when I need a product immediately so they are closer

Just went in to check for an item. That was about my 3rd time going. They are pretty decent, organized, clean and respectful. No complaints!

I went in solely to purchase BAI and for some reason they were priced different.I don't want to be forced to pay different prices because of the location of the BAI..and if DOLLAR GENERAL is putting more BAI in the freezer to cost the customer to pay more money and is putting the most unfavored on the shelves in smaller amounts then I have a problem with that..they should all be the same price period. I'm going to check this out even if I have to the FDA....PLEASE..............

Went in, easily grabbed what I needed while a few employees were getting all the Xmas decorations shelved. Cashier was friendly and the prices were low as usual. 👍
