I hardly ever go to this store. However, I went yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of clearance items they had. The absolutely blew me away there were so many deals I was not able to take advantage of them all. The staff was more than courteous and answered all the questions that I asked.

It looked like a bomb went off in the store. I have never been in a store as messy as this. Boxes and merchandise in the aisles. Merchandise pretty much tossed anywhere and everywhere. Employee's really didn't seem in a hurry to do anything. I would be ashamed if I worked here. A DM needs to have a look!!!

Every aisle had either new product waiting to be shelved or stock on the floor as if knocked off shelves or both. It was hard to get around with aisles blocked with boxes and/or stock totally blocking the way. To be fair I watched a shopper looking at plush toys and after examining each tossing it on the floor before reaching for the next which also was tossed to the floor. It appeared to be only one employee in the store who was working the checkout. Staffing is obviously an issue but it makes no sense to have boxes all over the store if no one is able to work on stocking. It would make for better shopping if product remained in the stock room until someone was able to get it out and on shelves. This particular store is often in this state but rarely as bad as on this visit.

Dollar General is one of my favorite stores. The staff was friendly and greeted every customer. I would have given them 5 stars, but was unable to do so, due to it was only 1 register open. Overall great store

Always greeted when I visit this establishment . The cashier are always pleasant and that goes a long way for me as a shopper. It needs to be tidied up a little but all in all its a great place to get some basic essentials.

Pretty quick and easy to shop and get what you mean it said it up pretty nice the clerk's in the storms are very nice to they respond when he speaks I don't think many people do that anymore people forget how to be human sometime glad to know you still have some people that can

Store is not kept stocked very well. Boxes sitting everywhere in aisles. Too hard to get buggy around easily. Need larger area for stock.

Depending on the day and time the store can sometimes be crowded with freight in the aisles but aside from that it's kept pretty clean. Cashiers do their job and keep the line moving. If it's to many people in line they will sometimes open another register. My go to store when I don't want to go to Walmart.

Store too crowded.never looks managedEmployees are no help with anything.Aisles are always cluttered. Not a good location just convince sometimes. I dont like the condition of the store. Could use some cleaning.

Need more help. Boxes everywhere. No one in the store had a 😷 on. That work there, so most of the people come in no mask. Guess they do what the worker and management do.

For some reason this store has a standard practice of when they get a delivery they pull every cart out and block the aisles so you cannot actually shop... should bring one cart out work that and then bring the next cart out... It makes shopping here most inconvenient

I helped with the remodel and it is better, new and improved with lots of space, frozen and refrigerated foods, hanging apparel, a dollar aisle so you can get all the necessities for low prices!

I usually shop at the one in Irondale bc it's closest to my home. But went to this location a couple Sunday's bc I was omw to jazz in the park at Huffman High and needed wine, unfortunately this location does carry wine bc there's a daycare next to it however it's a nice store with a nice staff.

Roebuck store was in last week didnt see anyone but cashier however seen two people who I thought was together stealing but who would you tell she might have been part of it I didnt say anything because I love me

This store was dirty and disheveled. The store has a "masks required" policy posted for customer but neither cashier on duty between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. today was wearing one. I had to ask my cashier to put his mask on. He did (that's why the 2 stars instead of 1).

This is the Dollar General that was " remodeled". There were boxes ( some of them empty and broken down) blocking the aisles, yet, the shelves were bare. The store was very cramped and unorganized. I left without making a purchase.

The store was in disarray. Which isn't unusual but it was confusing as ever. I only wanted to find a couple of cheap lamps. I would have found if I had went to a different Dollar General.

Always has been my favorite Dollar General even before the remodel, cashiers quick, friendly and the remodel has made it an even more pleasant place to shop

Employees are really friendly and helpful. This may be a smaller store, but I prefer this Dollar General because of the friendliness of the associates.

I have This store 3 stars because it’s always crowded meaning clustered with the new shipping Boxes that’s NOT unpacked. But other than that. It’s okay. Yes I will continue shopping at this location.
