The store manager (Melissa), insists on airing my family problems in the store in a very loud voice. She has continued to do this for almost a year even though I have tried to discourage it on numerous occasions. She insists on talking about my grandson having a drug problem and today she accused me of doing drugs because I tried to stop her from talking about my family. I know for a fact that she is an ex addict which might explain her behavior. She banned me from the store which is ok because she finally embarrassed me enough that I wouldn't go back anyway.

Love this location. I will go miles out of the way just to go to this store. The day shifts workers are very friendly. The two older ladies that work there are always working so hard.

How lucky was I? I got these boxes I had been admiring for 70% off of the already discounted price! And the cool Alabama shirt was a steal, ( I'm a Auburn fan!) Thanks DG! And I love the dggo app, the scanner is great!

Love this store and no matter what seems to be going on the General Manager, I believe Emily, always has a smile and is so sweet and helpful! Every time I go in shes usually busy working hard to get stuff done. She seems so young to be such a level headed and dedicated Manager!

The employees weren't wearing masks, they weren't cleaning the buggys even though they were bringing them in from outside and putting them in the "clean" section, the only thing they had going for them was they were polite. The cashier I had was coughing her head off though. The store wasn't stocked well at all, this is an almost brand new store and it is gaining on the quality of the other stores quickly.

I go here to the New Castle store because it's less than a mile from my home. The only problem I have had there is their check out lines have to be literally wrapping down aisles before they ever call someone else up front to open another register. Otherwise, its a good location for any everyday items you may need especially last minute items.

Very messy from time to time especially when they are putting product on the shelves. Stuff gets scattered everywhere. I'm not nitpicking at all. I myself have to stock different stores so I know it can't always be perfect. Anyway just get in and get out. It's not all bad. Staff is very helpful. So that's a plus.

This dollar General is great 2 visit. When i need something cause it is convenient but also the people there r very friendly. The manager is great HERSELF ALONE!!! She's very friendly and very helpful with ANYTHING u need!!! I would rather go 2 this DG than the OTHERS also cause its very organized and ALWAYS stocked WITH everything and not empty shelfs and boxes everywhere like SOME of the OTHERS!!! THEY DO THERE JOB HERE GREAT!!!✅😏👍💲

The store is clean and organized. The new manager is doing a great job. She said she stay there day and not. It shows because I stop going there because of aisle been full of product and boxes.

Very convenient to pop in and out for small purchases. Just be mindful that every location is different, some items needed aren't available at all stores, merchandise offered is based on demand for that area, and establishments are not arranged the same; with that being stated, paper products, or aromatics aren't always in the same place as others.

What a colossal mess. Just driving into the parking lot was awful. There is literally trash EVERYWHERE! I'm a believer in DG but this was the worst location I have been to. The staff was friendly enough but even the inside was a disorganized train wreck. Shelves were not stocked at 11 AM on a Saturday morning....but seriously I can't get past the nastiness of the parking lot! Oh and when we drove up to park..three associates were standing outside.2 were smoking and 1 was just standing around...and there was a customer inside the store!!.

This is probably my favorite DG in the area to shop at. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly and willing to help me find any of the items that I need. Even before I moved closer to this location, I would drive the extra distance because of how great the staff is at this particular DG. Emily & Jason (Store Mgr & Asst. Store Mgr) go above and beyond to make sure my shopping trip is enjoyable.

Awesome store! I go in here frequently. The store manager is always working so hard.if the company ever decided to put her somehwere else or she leaves, y’all would hear an ear full. These customers would not be happy. She’s always there open to close every day it seems like. I hope she gets the help she needs in that store. This is my favorite Dollar General by far.

Love this store. Would rather come to this store than the one on Decatur hway. The staff there is Very very Rude, acts like its a inconvenient to ask them for anything and looks down on your children which makes think this store is discriminating. Terrible. ...As soon as this store opened we came there and was the friendliest, sweetest, and caring store. We drive a extra 3 miles to go there..

Nice store, friendly employees. I like this DG. And it's close to my home, so it's convenient when I forget something I need. Keeps me from having to go to big box Mart or over priced home grocers if it's the simple stuff. Thanks!

The manager and staff at this location are always so friendly and helpful. They will go above and beyond to make sure that I get all of the items that I came in for. I live 30 mins away from this particular store, but choose to avoid all the stores surrounding me and shop at this location.

This trip was as casual as any dollar general visitation. In search of cough medicine for ky daughter and some bubble mixture for her bubble bath the only thing I wasnt sure about before arriving was if there was going to be a line to wait in upon time to check out or of there would be no one there. And when I say no one there I mean no one. Not even a cashier. But to be honest I mean this in a very good way. Because of there isnt anyone there to check out or even a cashier behind the counter then that means the cashier is out on the floor return products erroneously brought to the at the register. Or they are stocking the shelves or doing their best to bring back order to a store that is constantly riddled with hellions children who are allowed to run a muck while there parents are just briefly relieved that the toy isle may be a babysitter for the next 20 minutes. Kudos to the people working there and what they have to put up with

It was a good place to shop at until on my way home one night I stopped and was going to get some stuff to make my lunch for work with and they closed and locked the door 20 minutes early and wouldn't even come to see if there was a problem at or with the store. So I asked my wife what kinda store is this......😞 🙏 Need to pray for this place indeed.

The staff don't seem like quality people and the store doesn't attract quality people. Sometimes it's uncomfortable just being in the parking lot. There was a robbery that occurred not too long ago.

Good service though I have to say I visit a lot of Dollar generals all over and this one is laid out in a particularly different way. It was hard to find everything because I would say most of the others that I go to are laid out exactly the same.
