I go here to buy my laundry products cheaper than Walmart name brands too. Also I always find unique things u can't find anywhere else like really neat pictures to hang nic nacs you just have to really look love going here !

It has been a major inconvenience in my life and has caused me much difficulty in living because of their cash app card services not working. My car broke down so I'm having to walk I walked all the way to the Dollar general just to find out the card loading services does not work

DG experience was fine, typical. Frequently rely on this store for most of my grocery needs. Current staff seems courteous & helpful. Store relatively clean. Would recommend to others, but they better be sure to get there before 850, some staff members have been known to close the doors early.

Its sad when a boss you admired and respected, wipes it all out by discovering he has no integrity, and is a liar.UPDATE: My statement above stands, but I'm changing my 1 star to 4 for the store itself, as I have recently started going back, and with new management, this store is immaculate, the employees are amazingly friendly, and professional. It's as if I entered a completely different store. Good job.

They just had a big remodel. More space between aisles. Food area set up better. Carry more groceries.Unfortunately, they no longer carry clothes at this location. Used to be a good place to find inexpensive, sometimes fashionable clothes.

Good clean store with decent people. Well let me add something to that I don't really care for the manager. Whenever the others need help he doesn't seem to want to get off his butt and help them when there are people lined up and they need a second race they're opened up. Otherwise this is a great store with great selection and the rest of the staff is excellent

The place is clean and neat. The employee knew where the items I wanted were. I didn't have to search the whole store for two items. The only problem I had is that the frame I bought glass broke as soon as I put the certificate into it. I had to buy another one from another store since I was too far away to return it.

They did not honor their discounts on some items and we had to go back to get the money back. The employees were more interested in talking to each than paying attention to the customers causing the line to back up. At the particular store, they were racists.

They NEVER have Sanitizing or Disinfecting products.I have went on the same day as the truck and was told it was not unloaded come back the next day at 11/12.I arrive at 9:50a.m. to be told that it was all gone and that it was only the store brand that had came in.Which would have been fine with me.Throughout this WHOLE PANDEMIC I have not been able to get the things I need from this store.However if the Family Dollars that is right up the street can tell you when the truck is coming and actually let the Patrons purchase the products.

This dollar General is usual stocked up on all of their items. Sometimes you have to watch the process they may not always ring up correctly. The cashiers are nice and helpful. Someone's the line can get backed up but they usually open they other register when it gets backed up.

This store is usually extremely tidy, clean, and friendly! They were a little busy, trying to get stock on the shelves, and just doing their best to multi-task! Even though they were pretty busy, they were pleasant and helpful!

Cashiers are proud of the makeover their recently went through. Though I was lost in unfamiliar territory, I found my way through the well designed floorplan. I'm sure everyone will like the new look!

All I have to say is VERY bad service cursing alot of playing. The girl/boy (DIKE) night supervisor smokes weed outside of the store has no customer service skills with a very bad attitude. I shop in this store at least 4 days out the week spending a minimum of $ 50) easily a day. I have never felt so disrespected in my life the way they the employees treat me as a loyal valued customer. I'm sure if the district manager knew what was going on inside this store he or she would replace everyone that works at night. I actually was able to video record the cashier on her phone while I was waiting on her to go get the supervisor because she claimed she could not do a coupon on my phone. Meanwhile the supervisor was outside smoking weed but I got it on tape and I am pressing for both of them be terminated whatever I have to do whatever it takes both of them will be looking for a new employer!

One of the more well stocked and cleaner Dollar General's I have been to.It's a shame some of the other Dollar General stores do not uphold themselves to the same standards.The one by my house, is a complete disaster, very unorganized and poorly stocked not to mention, it's filthy.

(GARDENDALE LOCATION)They have a great selection of craft & art. I arrive 15 minutes before they open and I was told I have to wait to come. I only asked can I come in because I seen a Caucasian guy walk in and begin shopping before they open. I pop in to grab small items needed for the house when we are running low. The lines are not as long their other competitor, plus, most of the items here are friendlier on the pocket. That is always a bonus (quality & reasonable pricing).

We went to Dollar General to get some hummingbird nectar. Mission accomplished but they had chocolate Easter candy on sale for 70 percent off. Bought most of what they had and spent the day eating chocolate. Chocolate makes your pants shrink.

This place is nice considering it's not exactly what we're used to but it's okay. but sitting outside with my husband drinking coffee by the pool is always great we do this at home breakfast in the morning coffee that's great to the rooms okay, we only stay for a weekend because was preaching on Sunday all in all a great weekend

Dropped into the tarrant store to get goodies to make an Easter basket. the pickens were slim yet i pulled it off for for less than 25bucks. The emplyees here are courteous and pleasant.

Its a nice store. They had plenty stocked. Cashier was friendly. Line was a little long becuase up until a few minutes before I left there was only 1 cashier.

I have never experience such rude incompetent employees in my life! You ask a question and you would think I spit in their face or something the way they look at you. I know it's not in the best of neighborhoods but I try not to judge a book by it's cover BUT this location Tarrant 35217 across from Krystals is the worst of them all. I'm not the type of customer to complain except if it's really necessary and I would say it's very necessary to let other people know to go spend their hard earned money somewhere else like maybe Family Dollar which there's two in Tarrant. Complaining to management is a waste of time because they seem to not care at all..... SAD VERY SAD!

This is the worst most ghetto store I've ever been to. From me and my sister and law being followed around by one employee and sexually harassed multiple times. Also I won't stop until they do something about their employee Mrs. Quinn, where do I start with this one. She has made remarks to me and in front of me multiple times about other customers in front of people, cursing and making fun of them which is so unprofessional. My mom has copd and is on oxygen she carried her oxygen tank (portable) and inhaler and meds in a backpack purse along with her wallet. Quinn being the racist she was profiled my mother and told her she could not bring her purse in it was too large, even after we explained to her the purpose. She then started cursing as I was checking out and saying my mother looked "fuc*ed up on something" and that she didn't care if she was on the clock she would follow her outside and beat her a**" she said this Infront of the boy/girl employee and Infront of me and another customer behind me. Me and my mom went back to the store another day and despite Quinn giving us ugly looks we got our groceries paid and left. We went back a few days later and the short sawed off manager with the beard informs us we need to leave because of making comments to his employee Quinn a few days back. My mother left the store and I asked him for a number to call over his head to talk to someone about my experience with Quinn, that made him furious but he said okay be right back and went and called the cops. The cops said for us not to return and we agreed. All because I asked for a number to call someone over his head because this whole situation is ridiculous. She is unprofessional, always smells of weed and can't act right even Infront of paying customers. Something needs to be done about her and the management of this place. I have called corporate and am awaiting another call.

Roderick was a great employee its not the same with him gone he has been there for 9 whole years worked at both stores the old one and the new one a faithful employee then he makes 1 mistake in 5 years and looses his job yall should be ashamed of yall selves it will never be the same i miss his smiling face and his sweet personality. Pray the next employer that gets him realise what a blessing he will be to they COMPANY.

Most items are kept stocked, you're always most likely to find what you came for at this location. They're located just off the interstate, so I'm guessing they get frequent shipments.
