Employees are pretty friendly most of the time. Out of a lot of items. Prices keep changing and are higher when you checkout than what is tagged on the shelf. That is a huge problem that needs to be handled immediately. Whatever the tag says should be the price. Handicap accessible entrance.

Unless you enjoy chocking on cigarettes smoke and dealing with rude staff I wouldn't recommend the store also the red head manager is very annoying and doesn't know when to shut up or how to put down her cigarette and help a customer

Probably the cleanest and most organized DG I've ever been to! The staff are all really friendly and are always available to help. They're not just ignoring you or fooling around on another aisle.

I don't dislike this store. I support it in my community, but for some reason ( covid??) Products are not in stock as other Dollar Generals. Disenfectants cleaners,milk.ect, are hard to get. Also they don't stock Top Job bleach any longer. As far as store is clean&employees are very friendly&always there to help.

My first experience was awesome! The cashier, Brandon was very nice! I will definitely be making a trip back there for my home essentials instead of Walmart.

Very crowded isle's with stock everywhere. There was plenty of items just not stocked as merchandise was left on cart's. Needs more help to get stock up onto shelves and off the floor.

This dollar General is pretty much like all the others, except this one is clean with a very helpful and friendly staff.DEAR DOLLAR GENERAL : If you want to know why a store thrives not factoring in traffic(+)location.... it's people, Dollar General, it's people, soylent green is made of people.Also, this Dollar General ~2KM from my folk's house.

I love the organized new face of DG at the Brookside location. This store usually has what I am looking for plus stocks some unexpected items that I am please to find. I also like DG 's home decor collections from which I have purchased items for my home as well as a mission hospitality home which I am assisting in furnishing.THANKS DG! Keep the selection and style coming! The convenience to my rural location is also a blessing. Keep up the good work Brookside staff! Your hard work is not unnoticed.

Worst dollar general in Alabama cause it’s next to corrupt Court House and connected to evil town. Avoid at all costs only people reviewing live near here!!! Might as well shop at a Dollar General in Baghdad.

This store is open later than the others in my area and is one of the most organized. Only one person working. Had the line moving. He was also very engaged with all his customers.

The store is located across the street so we use it all the time their shelves stay about half empty all the time and they are always short staffed

I am beginning to unlike this Dollar general at 1200 pinson parkway they don't ever stay stopped with things and then when they get groceries in is always in the aisle they take forever to get the groceries up I don't know if they're short-staffed or what but I just don't get the same quality of service with them that I got maybe a year ago
