Another First time for me in the Forestdale Dollar General on Hwy 78. The store was clean and shelves could have been better stocked. I did notice that the aisles weren't blocked with merchandise or junk in general. Employees were nice and friendly. I had a great young man that helped me with my check out. He was able to explain to me about my Healthy Benefits Card usage at Dollar General. I am glad I stopped by this Dollar General in Forestdale. Thanks again!

went in there on a saturday evening, Rudest little cashier i have ever seen! when she handed me my reciept i said thank you ma’am, i heard *Crickets* then i said you have a great day, i heard *Crickets*, so Rude, what ever happened to Customer Service? i Won’t be back here.

It's Dollor General. It's in the name. This location is like all locations. Dry. Not cool or hot. Just walking through neutral air. Employees are indifferent and full of that Dollor General boredom. These stores must take it out of you. They are like carbon copy stores each location. At least by afternoon. Just consistency in the experience of Arrgg. I don't want to be here. Hope the line is short. Damn.! It's not. Oh well. I'll just mind my own business and get out of here. Bam.! Friend from 20 years ago. The loud one. And were done.

Place is okay. It's not as cheap as a dollar tree but also not as good as a walmart. So it falls somewhere in between. In fact some things here are substantially more expensive than walmart. 3 stars is the best I can give this place. Bottom line, only shop here if you need one item you forgot to pick up when shopping at another store.

I Love dollars general it's some awesome people work there. They will walk you to what you're looking for or tell you where to look. And they're ask did you find everything you was looking for i love my neiborghood store's. .

Spent $6 on 2 boxes of crackers. They were both really stale, so I looked at the expiration date and they had expired in January. Great job wasting my money.

So much for a quick stop!!!! I spent more time in the check out line than I did picking items... They are always in shambles, I don't think that I have ever been in this store and considered it clean. I had to walk over to the managers office and say "Do you see this line, why is there only one register open?". After that the lady came out to open another register but said that it was cash only and that she couldn't give a receipt??????

They had everything we needed to make a last minute Easter basket which was impossible to find anywhere else. The store was clean and sanitized well stocked and the employees were friendly and very helpful. It's one of the best Dollar generals I've been in.

Always super busy, but this whole team is friendly and helpful. Mrs. Nora is so kind and always asks about my pets. I loved Mrs. Darlene and was sad to hear of her passing as all of these ladies treat me like family. Thank you so much for always doing an amazing job!

This is the Nastiest Dollar General I've ever been too! Floors are disgusting, nothing is ever stocked, boxes and carts always in the aisles where you can barely walk, cashiers are lazy and super RUDE, no one is every at the cash register they make you check yourself out at self checkout, list goes on and on. I would give this place no stars if I could. I will never step foot inside of this place ever again! It's been the same way for years. Might as well close the place down!

They open when they feel like it. Waited outside for over 25 minutes and the employee was late and still wouldn’t open the store. I even called because I saw her go in and she wouldn’t answer the phone as well. I guess The employee hours have different hours than the company.

Employees are ugly and they always have a line to check out thats at least a 10 to 15 min wait. Also employee's are always blocking isles off to restock problems are if they are standing there doing nothing and there not going to move they look at you like they have attitude and then theres times when it's just the restocking thing blocking it and no employee can be found. Number one reason I use the one down the road or most of the time go to different store period.

One must believe that the shareholders and owners of the Dollar Generals across our lands would kill over if they ever had ro encounter the horrible service that is rendered unto us by these employees.I've for sure been turned away, way more than I have been allowed to check out with my goods. Whether it be they are closing 20-30 minutes early or just screaming about closing time... I hope this culture or horrific customer service is just a phase.

1 of My Elderly Friend's Monthly Stop!WE Have Sought For Months To Purchase Floor Shine (Wax). There's Plenty of Disinfectant & Cleaning Solutions.WE Have Tried Other Stores Too! Including Competitors. Smh.It Can't Be Just The Covid19 Era.Possible A Manager's & Manufacturing Over Sight, or Trucking Scheduling?It's Different If It Is Discontinued!?Floors Should Look Good & Be Protected, Too! Cleaner than usual. Out of certain snacks. The cashier was very nice the manager could just voided the item instead of insisting I get a different flavor of the same price.

As Dollar Generals are popping up all over I notice some locations taking better care of their stock and inventory which will have a significant impact on the overall future of the D.G. at their locations. This particular location was clean and mds was on the shelves not in boxes crowding the isles as is the case at other locations. I hope the friendly staff continue to do well here. Very Clean too.

This is the most ghetto dollar general. Always closing 15-20 minutes before posted time. Cashiers wear bonnets and slides to work. Horrible customer service. Speaks volumes for management!!!

Don't often do inside Dollar General but nicely surprised. When my item didn't ring up correctly the associate quickly fixed the problem. Sometimes you just don't want to go to Wal-Mart

Mini Wal Marts popping up everywhere. Kinda convenient but just like the big Wal Marts they are putting many mom and pop's stores out of business. I guess they do serve a function though so I go from time to time to pick up a few quick items.

Mon april 8 400pm the cadhier was rude i stood in line waiting for a while got to the register i asked for my cigarettes she asked for my id i bought from her before 10 times 1 time with id so i go to the car get id line got ling i ask do ibhave to wait again she ignored me so i do not recommend this store the employees are rude and have attitudes.

The store always locks the doors at large 10 minutes before closing and they will not open it for anyone else to come in. I have complained to the company about it, but I guess that the company does not care about it. The store is never neat and clean. There is always something (boxes) in the aisle!!!
