I placed a pick up order, got to the store early to get extra things as I still did not receive an order ready confirmation, saw every product I ordered. Gave them the benefit of doubt that they were busy (they weren’t) left and was going to come back whenever it was ready…they canceled my order! Ridiculous, why offer a service and not follow through. And the only reason I didn’t grab my stuff while there is because I could only use one of the coupons through pick up order.

The employees are always so nice to me and my daughter and very helpful. They are always working so hard too. Constantly having to stock, and go gather carts, clean, etc.. But they still make sure to get you cashed out as soon as they can!!

They are very rude and its hard to maneuver through the store. I am terminally ill and need a wheelchair to go in stores but it is not possible bc they have multiple crates stacked high 3 to 5 high sometimes 3 or more rows in ome aisle. It makes me and my husband wonder are they stealimg?

Always great prices on name brand and store brand items ! However, store employees alternate between stacking merchandise and working cashier with large boxes blocking aisles. My go to stop for most household items with friendly employees. .

Convenient is the best compliment I can give Dollar General, they are everywhere it seems. Product assortment is not their strong suit but I will say they usually have one or two brands of most everything. You may not always leave with exactly what you want but you will usually leave with what you need.

Because the one in Forestdale, Al finally have some more respectful personal that represent them now and they are helpful they don't make you stand in line and don't come help the other cashier.. Great team work and for that I thank you!!!

Great employees and they always have what I need in stock. They only need to clean a little more. It can be a problem to have large carts,buggies, and taken down shelves as hazards in the isles.

No one at the register. Had my hands full. Lady in front of me claimed 2 for $5 was the deal on her items. Cashier has to step back out, and go check. Turns out that wasn't a deal as she claimed. Then when she walked out the security thing was going off.I was thinkingOoooooooooh she steaaaaaaaalin.....I won't go back.

I go to these dollar general almost daily sometimes more then once a day when trying to skip a Walmart trip I usually always find what I need the staff is friendly and usually knows me by name I usually get right in and right out.

The app is hard to use.lots of efficiency issues for users and even store employees.the pages are not interacring well together. So shopping inside. The store experience is greater.

Don't get your balloons inflated here. I got 4 balloons for my sons party the following day, within 2 hours of having them blown up they were on the floor deflated.

Fully stocked. The only reason this didn't get 5 stars is because it is a sign on the door that says masks are mandatory, yet when you walk in the EMPLOYEES don't have on masks.

Unfortunately Dollar General is truly trying to take Wal-mart place. Long lines, rude associates, incorrect prices, and empty shelves.

The store on hwy 78 was out of the sale items Pepsi products of varies flavors. The Pepsi products was 5 for $10.00. I did save $13 on the items that was available.

Its a good place to get stuff but they keep having problems with coupons that are in the paper and ones that are digital
