We love it here! I know for certain my dog is getting the attention, exercise, and love she needs during the day. I drop her off a few times a week to make sure she gets her doggy socialization, which has really helped get her out of her comfort zone! We have been very pleased with Dogtopia. There were delays in getting the initial evaluation (all on our part due to some health issues with Angel); Maria was so patient in moving the appointment each time. When I did go for the evaluation and tour, Maria showed me around and spent lots of time answering my questions. I was very pleased with the facility, cleanliness, the options available during daycare and boarding and how genuine each counselor was in our interactions. There is no smell that you sometimes see with other facilities! Parking is easy and the facility is very close to our home. Also the hours available are excellent for our schedules. Angel always gets excited for drop off and is wonderfully tired after her day of play! I love the pictures that were provided after the first day of evaluation, report updates after her second day of daycare and her most recent picture of "welcome to the family". The daycare package costs are comparable to other companies. We've met Mackenzie, Ian, Maria and one other employee at drop-off and pickup and they all have a warm, welcoming attitude! I will highly recommend Dogtopia to my friends!

My fur baby Athena and I LOVE it here at dogtopia! I was blown away at how clean the facility is and by the webcams! I love being able to log in and see how my baby is doing during the day. The staff members are highly knowledgeable and make me feel super comfortable by consistently maintaining their high standards for safety!

We’ve been using Dogtopia for our golden retriever for a couple months and absolutely love it! The front staff is so sweet and kind. We live in Gardendale but work downtown so the Parkside location is super easy to jump on and off I-65.Probably my favorite little touch (other than the occasional cute pics) is the way he smells when he comes home. You would never guess he’d been playing with a bunch of dogs all day. ;) Ha! Highly recommend.

Trust is really important when it comes to choosing a second home for my dog, Mabel. It became evident to me immediately I could trust Dogtopia. Our pup Daisy loves Dogtopia! The facility, staff and other dogs all were great and Daisy slept for two days after her first day of daycare! I would recommend Dogtopia to any dog owner and the highlight of Daisy’s work week is her time playing and socializing with other dogs at Dogtopia.

Excellent daycare option downtown! My dog Mabel is excited to go every morning. They have daily seasonal treats and an enforced naptime for 2 hours which I love, giving everyone a break to settle down for a minute before playing hard again! They are reasonably priced, and all of the staff seems to really care about every dog that walks in the door. Highly recommend!

We love Dogtopia! My little old pup gets so excited when he knows he is headed to daycare (and he is not the excited type). Communication with the staff is super easy, and everyone there seems genuinely kind. One of my favorite things is watching the webcams during the day (it’s even better when my friends have their pups there too!) Also, boarding him there is amazing because he’s already familiar with the environment which really seems to cut down on his anxiety.

Dogtopia Parkside has been the absolute best thing for Bella! The staff is so great with her and I can tell she absolutely loves it there!! They do lots of fun activities and have the best snacks which keep Bella both active and happy! I also love all the photos and update cards that I have received since Bella started going! The staff is great and very friendly. I love how clean and organized the space is. My favorite thing about Dogtopia is that they have a live stream where I can watch my dog throughout the day. :) They post photos/videos to social media as well. My dog Albus has really enjoyed going here for daycare!! Thanks for a great experience Dogtopia staff!

Our two goldendoodles, Molly and Abby know it when we pull into the Dogtopia parking lot. They always clamor to get inside to see their friends before I can even stop the car. Dogtopia is always the highlight of their day, and we can rest easy, knowing the staff takes great care of them in a clean, safe environment. Dogtopia is the Cadillac of dog daycare and it’s worth every penny.

My puppy has been coming here for a few months and he has had the greatest time (plus comes home tired)! It’s been really nice to not worry about his whereabouts and activity while I’m working. We are absolutely IN LOVE with Dogtopia downtown! Dogtopia gave my Yorkie, Winston, a new favorite word, "daycare!" Not only does Winston love going every week, but I love how the staff treats me and my pup! The staff is so thoughtful and always greets us with a smile. I also love how transparent they are with updates and the camera feature where I can see what Winston is up to while I'm at work. I would 100% recommend to anyone who is considering daycare or boarding!

Dogtopia bathed my blue heeler, Ace, and we had the most pleasant experience. It is so difficult to give Ace a bath that we’ve had other places refuse to take him. Not only did Dogtopia do a wonderful job bathing him, they were so kind and told us he acted great while he was there. We will take Ace to Dogtopia for all of his bathing and boarding needs in the future!
