Literally the worst pharmacy in Birmingham. I thought I’d try them out because I live in the same street. Big oops. Is rescinded Birmingham Apothecary in Five Points!

I am so disappointed by the way the pharmacy treated me when I called in to see if my prescription was ready. I was on hold for 12 minutes and I was greeted with "Our computer system is down. I can't help you. Bye." They obviously hire people with bad customer service. I don't have a car but I am still going to walk to another pharmacy that isn't this CVS pharmacy.

A lot of times they don't have the medicine in you ran into some staff members that are not so nice but otherwise check it out for yourself
