I had a prescription sent there on Monday. They didn’t have the meds and told me they would have the meds the next day. When I called to ask if it was ready for pick up the following day, I was told it wasn’t and they didn’t know when it would be read and that the medicine “could be” on back order. I asked them why did they accept the order if they couldn’t fill it and the man I was speaking to hung up on me. I called back and asked why he hung up on me and he said “because the conversion was going no where” and then he hung up on me again. Needles to say, myself nor my family will shop at any CVS again.
