Employees are not charging the correct price for the polar cups the price listed is .79-.89.-.99. They will charge.99 always for the .89 cups. Then have a nasty attitude when you correct them stating both are priced at .99. The manager has just a nasty attitude as the other employees stating you can go to another store. Issues every time I go in there with myself or another customer. This store really needs to be looked into.

This Brand new nice store is filthy, out of all stock, and 2 hours ago the slurpie machines were being cleaned! Out in the area working stop here multiple times to use the restroom and purchase a snack but it’s always blocked or not in services so I go to another location to spend my money where the restrooms are available for customers. Where do the workers used the restroom?

the worst place ever. they didn’t have diesel gas and when I went to the bathroom she shut all exits from the bathroom to mop at 8pm when they don’t close until 11pm. worst service ever. she cussed me out for walking around her moping so I could leave the bathroom. worst place ever wouldn’t recommend. Circle K is a great place to get your snacks, drinks, or some quick food to eat especially when you're on the go. I love the Inner Circle club they have where it basically tracks what you purchase and give you free stuff. I wouldn't give it 5 stars b/c a lot of the time the frosty machine is down or half working. This can be at this location or any other location (like the one on Roebuck Dr, the one on Hwy 78, or one Tallapoosa St). Sometimes you don't get a chance to input your TN for your Inner Circle membership cause they seem to be rushing or just not caring. One thing I would suggest is Circle K make sure ALL their employees know about Inner Circle membership, what's on it and how to use it with the smart check out so you can get some help if needed because they can be clueless about it sometimes. And the other reason for not giving 5 stars is some of the items are priced too high, hell the store brand is just as much as the name brand items!

I love Circle K's donuts especially the strawberry filled/iced donuts. They have a huge selection of fountain drinks, slushies, and donuts. Not to mention all the snacks on the shelves and bottled drinks in the refrigerators.

Way short of help. Fountain drink area is very poorly stocked, maintained and cleaned. I am a daily patron and for being the newest (in our area) biggest baddest circle k....it pretty much sucks. A change of management might be a good idea.

I work down the street from this new Circle K, and I've stopped in there for pretty usual stuff, like energy drinks, lunch, and gas. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful, especially one day last week when I had a pretty unusual emergency. Birmingham is a small city, so I'm sure if you're reading this that you are familiar with the story of an older-model, cherry (in both condition and color) Jeep Wrangler that was fully ablaze in the parking lot.I am the owner of that Jeep, and on one of the scariest days of my life, the Circle K staff was there, not only making sure that their customers and store were safe, but also that I was taken care of personally. They helped evacuate customers to safety and turned the gas pumps off, and they also stood by my side the whole time, watching my belongings as I was making statements and on the phone, and they even brought me coffee.The point is, this store is top-notch in every regard, from cleanliness to product selection to customer service to management, and they can rest assured that they have a family as customers for life. Thank you to those of you who were there for me; I'll never forget it!

New building is very nice! Staff was friendly. Area is unfortunately still the same. Lady bummed a cigarette from me out front as soon as I got out of the car. Woman sitting at a counter inside was very sweet and wanted to pray with me, but she also wanted me to buy paper angels that she was making. She didn't really bother me, but it's still a bad look for this beautiful new store.

Super nice new gas station. I love how it sales non-ethanol gas. It is hard these days to find a gas station that sales non-ethanol gas. This location has plenty of parking and plenty of gas pumps to choose from. I highly recommend this location over any of the other gas stations in the area.

Today I came into the Circle K/Kangaroo fueling station to get some ice. Because everyone knows the crunchy Ice is the best. The young lady behind the counter was super attentive and 100% professional and amazingly nice. Marquita you are a rockstar at what you do and thank you for the positivity this morning I truly needed it. She had literally everyone in smiles before they left the building. Some might say that this is just one small gas station but this little gas station that I visit everyday just made a amazingly incredible experience and I will be back again and again simply because of the kindness and professionalism Marquita shown everyone as they walked and as they walked out. She deserves a raise and I do not know her personally at all. She really was a blessing for me this morning and I needed her positivity today. What a great person to have running the counter at one of the busiest gas stations on this side of town. Five Stars for Marquita and Five Stars for hiring her.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Earlier tonite (actually last night as it's now past midnight) I locked my keys in my car at the Circle K Store #2723838 9401 Parkway East, Bham, Al 35215. The staff, especially Bruce were extremely welcoming and provided me a safe place to wait on my Uber driver to get there. Im extremely grateful. Bruce is a credit to the Circle K organization!
