Circle k is always great. Even when they're busy. If the one cashier has a long line the other will stop and jump in and help at the tallapoosa exit store, but not at the Homewood, Lakeshore location . The tallapoosa, hwy 79, location is always great very friendly, very knowledgeable,very helpful. If you become one of the regulars at this location, they see you having a bad day, they make an effort to try to make you smile before you leave.the Lakeshore location is friendly & knowledgeable, but when they get very busy it's rare that the cashier that's stocking shelves will stop and jump in to getting the line down. Makes the line long & slow, very stressful for the customers and the poor one cashier doing their best to hurry. Homewood, green springs/oxmore location very rarely gets extremely busy . Mostly the cashier is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

My wife and I stopped here yesterday 2-19-23 to use the restrooms and get some food. After seeing the men's restroom i decided I didn't want anything to eat from there. There was poop dried on one of the two toilets, the urinals had not been cleaned in weeks as there was stuff growing in them and the soap dispensers had been knocked off the wall and were not even present. One star is too high for this place, but Google maps will not let you leave a comment with less than one star.

Entire place is disgustingly filthy from parking lot to the restrooms. Stop ANYWHERE but here. Cant stop here without people asking for money in the parking lot. Employees are rude.

Mens Restroom STUNK, because the Urinals weren't flushing by themselves and people weren't flushing them, No hand soap, found some hand sanitizer at Subway, when I went to Subway, I ordered a steak and egg, they said it it wasn't breakfast time so they charged me DOUBLE REGULAR PRICE of the stake n eggs, their excuse, they said eggs was an add on.,I Don't plan on going back, they also keep the restrooms closed at Night. Avoid This Place !!!

had to use the restroom yesterday afternoon. it was dirty one stall had blood all over the toilet so I had to wait for the other one to get free. when it did it was an employee who had her headphones in watching something on her phone. there was no soap or paper towels. went in there this morning because I'm a truck driver and slept in my truck. the bloody stall just had an out of order sign on it and the restroom as a whole was still dirty. I don't expect much from small truck stop except a clean bathroom. most of the employees were women. do better.

They are very rude to the customers while they eating at the cash register they should be assistance the customers if you try asking or telling them something they cut you off short with a smart remark they have very poor customer service at this store.

This place is a free for all. Restrooms and store are unclean. No soap or paper towels in restroom. How are employees washing their hands? Parking lot is a joke. Dropped trailers blocking the fuel island. Mechanic work in the parking lot. Old tires in the parking lot.

This is by far the worst truck stop with the rudest and laziest people that I have ever came across working in it.We " My sister and I " have never once came here and actually had any kind of interactions with the employees here as to where they were actually helpful. As a matter of fact the last two times we have had to come to this place a female employee of this establishment has been outside where we fuel up her truck- smoking marijuana.The women's restrooms are never- ever clean nor stocked.And when I say that the restrooms are NEVER clean NOR STOCKED- please believe I'm not exaggerating in the least kind of way.The first time when one of the rude female employees was out the back door smoking marijuana- when we went to the restroom there was actually blood all over the wall in one stall and the bathroom was worse than we have ever seen it here. So after we were very careful as to not get someone else's blood on us I told the employees behind the counter about all the blood in there and they actually laughed and said , " yeah two women were in there earlier fighting".Not we will get someone to clean it.It looks like with as many truck drivers that patronize this place that you could at least get and keep a compadent friendly staff.Or at least perhaps start listening to all these people who keep telling you all about your very rude and lazy staff.This is ridiculous I refuse to believe that the owner of this establishment can't hire people here that actually like to work and are at least pleasant with your customers. And maybe start drug testing your employees or at least tell them not to be smoking marijuana on and at their jobs.10/31/2018Okay last two nights we've had to stay overnight at this place again,and I do have to admit that I am a little impressed.The first night after the review, I actually seen security guards. And they have at least made an attempt to keep the store cleaner and bathroom also. But could you please keep bathroom's a little better stocked?When you have to be out on the road by your profession, it really does help when you go into a place and have nice , friendly people greet you and you feel at least that you are in a safe environment.Thank you for what you have improved on. And please continue to make improvements...

This store is also a small truck stop and the parking is Very limited for them. Truckers can still go in and shower, pick up advances, or eat at the adjoining Subway. Store was clean and staff was nice. They offer a variety of hot foods like nachos and hotdogs which seem to be plentiful and the self serving area was clean. There was also plenty of gas pumps and parking for cars. If in a rush be prepared to go inside and stand in line because sometimes the pumps are left without receipt paper.

Only K store around thanks to Kate that doesn’t support the other security’s of the state except police officers 👮‍♂️ in Blue 😞. Big girl at register with attitude was happy that other important securities like electronic security is not supported by offering free coffee. Wasn’t a big deal but it was the first time I got turned down from the Circle K which who brought it to my attention from other locations “as long as you do security you get a free coffee.”

Stopped here this morning and the experience was not great. I wanted a French Vanilla Cappuccino the machine was empty so I opted for coffee. They were out of all French Vanilla creamer on the machine and the cups as well as sugar. When I asked the cashier if they had any of the items available she replied she didn’t know and that the night staff didn’t come to work to refill the items and went back to playing on her phone. I left without coffee or a cappuccino, wasted trip!

I came in here to purchase Coffee and use the restroom upon leaving the restroom, I proceeded to wash my hands and realized it was NO SOAP 😞 the employees couldn’t find me soap to wash my hands with. So the employees use the same restroom and DONT WASH their hands! The bathrooms were absolutely terrible with tissue and poop all over the place! I would not recommend this place at all,

The staff is very rude and lazy. Nothing like starting your day off horribly because they don't want to be at work Go home if you're that lazy. I stood at the register for five minutes while the lady stood behind me and then she was very rude when finally ringing me up. I'm sure it's Trumps fault. Never ever will I go back

The gas pumps didn’t print my receipt so i had to walk inside. The whole point of paying at the pump is to avoid going inside. Inside there is a line of about 8 people. I get to the counter and the cashier interrogates me, and then just throws my receipt on the counter top. This place is terrible.

Stopped for gas went in to use the restroom there was no paper towels or soap. When I said something to the 3 clerk's behind the counter. They all just looked at me. One of them responded very rudely with an ok. And no one moved to do anything about it. There were no lines at any register.

The worst experience at any convenience store, ever, hands down! The lady working 3rd shift was the rudest, most miserable example of a customer service representative that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I stop on average at 3 or 4 different gas stations/convenience stores per day so I have had some "not great" experiences but this was ridiculous. I wanted 3 of the $.79 fountain drinks, (2 of which were filled with nothing but hot water) I knew I couldnt carry all 3 back out to the truck w/o burning or spilling something so I went ahead and filled up 2 of them and left one empty. I checked out and paid for all 3 drinks and took them out to the truck. I came right back in to fill up the 3rd cup and rhe same lady that had just checked me out was standing by the fountain drink machine. I walked beside her and told her I was just filling up my last cup. Ahe said thatll be $.87 I said Id just bought it she said that'll still be $.87, we dont do refills. I tried to explain it wasn't a refill it was a first fill I just couldn't carry all 3 and that she had just checked me out 1 min before and she interrupted me repeating for a 3rd time it will still be $.87 in this condescending tone with almost a smirk on her face with out ever even stopping what she was doing. It was insanely innappropriate. I was blown away.

It was five women standing around one drawer with a long line in front of them. So cx starts to get irritated so decide to ask whats the hold up. They responded we counting the drawer down and changing shifts at 5:00 well here it was 5:30. I'm looking like its five workers but nobody is able to check someone out. I ask well can u go ahead n turn the pump on. She got cocky n said ww vounting down the drawer. I said hell we have all did cx service at one time n it nevere tooked no longer then 10 mins i was in line for 20 mins. I think maybe they should take someone off their payrole especially when theres five people standing around with no assistance two people walked out n some people had to leave money on the counter i hope it made it inside the drawer. Maybe they need a new pos system. But a convenience store suppose to be convenient not inconvenience so many people.

Stopped this morning about 5am for catscale weighed pulled across fuel island went to driver entrance door locked. Saw male cashier and knocked on door. Ignored. Went back to my truck and saw cashier come and unlocked door for another customer. Cashier looked at me as he relocked the door and walked away. Both customer and cashier was African-Americans I'm white. If this place doesn't want whitesin the store I'll grant their wish and not stop again! Unclaimed catscale ticket is truck #4896.

This is an abysmal experience, even for a truck stop. Place is jam packed 24 hours parking lot is cramped. Do not go here if you are in a hurry as lines back up frequently as even the most trivial transactions at the register will take several minutes for each customer.Do not stop here, keep moving.

The nastiest/disgusting place I have ever been!!. The shop is dirty, the sales ladies are extremely rude. I had gone to get diesel for my truck and the pump was leaking not to talk about the store cleanliness, I was dying to get out of there! Health people should go there and the management should train their employees on customer etiquette.

The billboard on i59/20 North states the gas is $3.84/gallon. We stopped here rather than closer gas stations when we were low on gas because of the advertised price. When we arrived, the price of gas was $4.25/gallon. Fix your sign or don’t have one at all, we will never use this Circle K again.

Subway worker was a jerk. Made my sandwich super messy and had a little attitude. Not to mention all the employees here seem to have a stick up their bum. If you dont like to work then go back home and draw welfare you scum.
