This was a wonderful surprise for lunch, as we just thought it a cute name when driving by.We came in to a counter full of people, who absolutely welcomed us and made us feel that they loved working there. One guy (manager/owner?) gave us a rundown on the general concept (chicken salads) and how to order. Other team members joined in, saying "...and you can get these on bread or lettuce." Great way to start the visit!We ordered and waited only a short time before being brought our food. We had a question / issue, and it was not only solved, but the team went beyond to help us feel like valued customers.The restaurant was clean and bright, making for a perfect mid-day meal after a long and busy wedding the night before. Perfect for us visitors needing something refreshing and recharging.

If have kids 10/10 would not bring here or just don’t get a kids meal. Overpriced and not good. For adults food is fine. This picture was after I had to go ask for Mayo and add it so it looks better. A single slice of meat and cheese plain on bread should not be called a kids sandwich for $7. At least provide meat that fits the bread or add condiments or something.

This place is not only absolutely adorable in their decor and style but the food is even better than you could imagine. Fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The staff is super friendly, the place is very clean and the food will make you wanna come back for more... every single day.

This is a very cute, bright, and clean restaurant.I ordered a chicken salad croissant with loaded-potato soup and a coke.It was very tasty and reasonably-priced, at a little over $10.00 (including tax).They have several types of chicken salad to choose from.I had the Fancy Nancy. It contained grapes and pecans.

Ordered two different varieties and my favorite is Kickin' Kay Lynne.The Dixie Chick is good too but the Kickin' Kay Lynne has just enough kick! I'm a Trim Healthy Mama so I'm adding on plan crackers.Great stop on a road trip.There was a line but the service was quick and efficient. 💜Parking: Strip mall parking but availability was not an issueKid-friendliness: Mac and cheese, fruit, and cookies are options

I love this place. One of my favorite things to eat is chicken salad. So I love the fact that there's variety I can pick and choose based off mood. The soups are good and their grape salad is the BOMB! They have great customer service and if it's not crowded it's a peaceful atmosphere. Check out any location they all are on the same accord in my opinion.Kid-friendliness: Any kid would love the lunchbox that comes with sandwich and that super delicious cookie. They have high chairs for little kids as well. Nice atmosphere for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for ♿️

I have never got bad chicken salad but, both of mine were. I had bones and looked like chicken fat in both my salads I received. What happened? Wasn’t pleasant having to spit bones and fat out.

I do love me some CSC. Service is as good as it can be right now with all the pandemic protocol in place. Food is as good as always. Piña Colada Pie is the bomb!

Our first trip was nice. Employee was very friendly & patient while we tried to decide what to get - a lot more chicken salad choices than you'd think! We did sandwiches - very good choice, toasted perfectly & delicious. A little higher priced than "fast food", but comparable to other delis, in my opinion. My only complaint is their hours at this location. They close at 8:00pm, even on weekends.

Great tasting chicken salad. Great Chicken salad options. Always fresh. Service is usually friendly and helpful and quick. I mostly do take out orders with the quick Chic tubs. The sandwiches are great too.

The food was excellent. Service rated good because there just wasn't that welcoming with a smile that you would expect. Just ate and left.Parking: Parking lot stays full due to multiple eateries. Tight squeeze to park and backout.

I wish I could give less than one star. I ordered the trio with the BBQ chicken salad. It was so "watery" it slid across the Styrofoam. The pickle was underneath the runny chicken salad, not a cracker in sight to try to sop it up. Not to mention it had parts of my Broccoli salad dropped on top of it. I might ve been a little happier if they had thrown that lil cookie in my box of slop. Luckily I ordered grape salad, so at least I had something to eat. I'm highly disappointed in this trip into CSC.

My sister and I ate here for the first time. Everyone was very friendly. We ordered the Fancy Nancy, broccoli salad and sweet tea. The food was very good. The broccoli salad was very fresh. The best I've had anywhere. I can't wait to eat here or another location soon.

I got the spicy chicken salad. It was good but not as spicy as I wanted. The service is good. Place is clean bright and wholesome. They have several varieties of salad. Several specials as well as soup. You can get sandwiches or scoops or containers. Not sure if they cater but it is easy to ask. The young lady who waited on me was very nice.

I ordered the Fancy Nancy, tortilla soup and a butter cream cookie. The soup was amazing. I didn't think the sandwich was that good and only ate half. Riding home and talking with my mom, who ordered the traditional sandwich, I realized they had given us the wrong sandwiches. When I ate my leftover half the next day, it was very good! And the cookie was great.I ate mine and my mothers! Mom got grape salad as her side and said it was good. I will definitely return and order the Fancy Nancy again.

My wife and I went for lunch and both got the soup and sandwich. As always the staff and service were top notch, very friendly and attentive. The chicken salad in my sandwich had a piece of gristle which was a little disappointing. I got the baked potato soup and the bacon in was fatty and stringy. I must say the food was very flavorful and if it had not been for the piece of gristle in the chicken and the stringy bacon I would have given five stars.

Went to Chicken Salad Chick with family and friends. We were all very excited as we had heard so many good things about Chicken Salad Chick and it was our first visit. After deciding what we wanted we went to order. I had to ask the person taking my order to repeat what they were saying 3 times. The food came fast but the soup and Mac and Cheese were lukewarm at best. The Croissant i ordered was as hard as rock and the pecan's seemed to be missing from the Lemon Basil Chicken Salad. The fruit salad was all grapes - no blueberries or strawberries. We were told they were out - strange as there are 3 grocery stores less than a mile away. Very disappointed. The upside - the place was clean, bright, the food came to our table fast and we did get our money back on the fruit salad. Bottom line - we won't be going back. Disappointed.

Never had a bad experience here! The food is amazing. I barely wait on to go orders. Everyone is so polite and genuine. It may be a less known place but it’s my number one go to if I’m hungry!
