Another excellent experience at Caldwell Mill! Brought the new puppy in for a checkup and was greeted as soon as we entered. Taylor was amazing and very professional as she explained everything going on during the visit. We even got a visit from Lisa. Lots of love for the new puppy!Dr. Sokol is the best! Wonderful Customer Service!! They need to give seminars to Helena Vet Clinic.The receptionists are always nice and helpful.They always take extra special care of my fur baby.The waiting room always smells nice .I love how they have doggie treats in the waiting area. My dog is never nervous coming to Caldwell Mill clinic because they always show so much compassion .

My recent visit was to the groomer. I have used Wet Nose Dog Spa at Caldwell 8 years or more. Molly and her crew have always done an excellent job on my Yorkies. All three have different hair styles and I've always been satisfied when I pick them up. The bonus is, I can see the vet while there if needed making it very convenient.

Today I took my dog to CMAC for the last time since I will be moving states. I am so deeply sad to not be able to take him there anymore. CMAC is the cleanest, most caring vet office I have EVER been to. The entire staff is wonderful, but ESPECIALLY Dr. K and Sarah P. Amazing, lovely people who I will miss so badly.

We came in on Saturday for shots for Broley. We were in & out in a matter of minutes. We have seen several of the vets there & always feel good about our visits. All of our dogs have been there over the last few years and we have always had wonderful service. Than you for being so kind to all of my dogs!!

I thought it was going to just be another day at the office with my father. I would hang out in my kennel while he helped take care of all the other pets. I had no idea I was in need of getting my vaccines updated. I was super nervous about it but My dad, Dr Sokol, and intern Stephanie made it all go so nice and smoothly and showed me there was nothing to be worried about. Dr Blaylock went above and beyond what any other vet has ever done for our family, and it was during the hardest decision a pet owner has to make. She was accommodating every step of the way, and the entire staff showed our late Eva so much love as she neared the end of her life. I know Dr Blaylock always had Eva’s best interest in mind, and she made every decision based on what was best for our family. She made this very difficult process as peaceful and loving as possible, and I’ll be forever grateful for her.

Dr. Wentworth and her assistant always take their time with Coco and listen to any of my concerns. The front office staff is very welcoming as well. It is clean and well maintained even though there are dogs in and out all day. I highly recommend Caldwell Mill Animal Clinic!

CMAC provides excellent care for our four-legged family member. They have been our vet for over 8 years. I initially selected them based on referral and location. I am no longer working in the area but I refuse to change vets. Usually when I arrive, I am greeted by name. Dr. Martin and Ashton were great!

Wonderful clinic, Dr. Martin is VERY knowledgeable, in tune and warm. The other Vets and staff are also very friendly and warm. I live 2 hours away but asked her to be my primary Vet that should speak volumes. I was referred there by someone because my Cavalier has GI Lymphoma, a diagnosis no one ever wants to get for their baby, they didn't take away my hope though. They have an oncologist they have access to and sent all his test results from 2 prior places to examine and then in turn told Dr. Martin our options for treatment. I thought that process would take a few days but everything literally happened overnight and I was right back up there to start treatment. She didn't push anything on me, she gave me his options, her opinion and let me pick. After 3 doses of CCNU (halfway through the protocol) my baby is IN REMISSION!! Every dog is different, not all reach remission, not all get through being asymptomatic as mine is except for the tumor he had removed and the tumor in his intestines that is now gone. If there's a chance though they're going to run with it, give you options if there is any and they're reasonable and THEY REALLY CARE, what more could you ask for? I love them and they love my Princeton.

I love the attention my dog received from Dr. Martin for her annual exam. My questions were answered with clear and precise medical knowledge to keep Rosy healthy! Dr. Martin also asked me questions in order to "get to know" my dog. All animals are different, and should be treated as such. I appreciate the care that was shown and given.

My little boy, Mason woke up with his eye swollen shut. I called Caldwell Mill Animal Clinic and was able to get a same day appointment. Key was the tech who took us to the exam room. She was very gentle with my cat. She also actively listened as I told her about Mason. Then we met Dr. Martin. She was awesome! She was very thorough with the exam. She found the source of Mason's problem. He had scratches and a puncture wound that were infected. Dr. Martin gave Mason 2 injections. She even called me the next day to check on Mason. I will use Caldwell Mill Animal Clinic again.

This place was so kind to my situation.Brooklyn on the phone listened when I explained that my cat was seriously ill and that no one in Tuscaloosa was able to see him due to 3+ hour waits.She said she would talk to the vet and see if there was anything they could do.It even took more than a few minutes to get ahold of the vet so she checked in again while I was on hold just to ensure I knew they were still there.Then she was able to squeeze me into their packed schedule.Thank you thank you thank you!
